I'm discussing with rvtaylor, the seminar leader, the exact format. As we want this to be a really good evening and there is a lot to fit in on the night, we will need a PROMPT 6.30 start. That does NOT mean a 6.30 arrival, leisurely drinks and start at 7.30, it means a start at 6.30!!! If anyone can't make that, please post here.

OK, we have a full house of 26 attendees. To those not on the list, who think they posted their request before others who are on the list, this is because places have been reserved for EAMRIC members even if they posted a bit late and some have emailed me directly so they don't appear above as having asked for a place. I have tried to be as fair as possible. There really was no way round this, but as you can see, there is a reserve list. If the seminar is a succes, then we will undoubtedly hold another one soon and those who were disappointed this time will be guaranteed a place next time. However, I could be bribed..... :-)

As the seminar is free and should be a hugely enjoyable event, does anyone object if I make a £5 collection from everyone on the night to go to Diabetes Research?

Hi everyone, I'm back, refreshed and rested. I hope everyone had a good Xmas.

I'll scan thru the messages above and on the assumption that everyone who says they want to come WILL come, I'll post a list of who is coming, and a reserve list for cancelled places.

In order not to waste valuable seminar time perusing menus and placing orders on the day, I'm organising a fixed menu with choices made here on the BB. I'll be getting a choice from the Maitre D of the Restauarnt 22 early in the new year.

Yikes i'd better come up with something intelligent to say !!!

March, and anyone else, I have a full day seminar on sat 13th jan, its basically all my trade secrets about making loads of dosh in the mkts !!! not really but there are a few little gems (couldn't fit them all into a day).

Basically the day will run from 9-4 covering :
Use of fundamental analysis,
Technical analysis
Investment strategy
Psychology of the mkts
Money management ....etc....

It starts with the assumption of no prior knowledge, I try to give you a taste as to how I was trained as a pro...anyway its £45 for the day(this just about covers costs since i love trading and do this for fun !!!)

I must have killed a few brain cells at yesterday's work Christmas do, because I can't remember whether I ever e-mailed you to confirm I'll attend.......to be honest it's a struggle to remember anything this morning :-)

Because 2 regulars from Eamric have not yet got back to me, I can't, at this stage, confirm how many places are left. I'm now off for a week. So Robber, Bottom Dollar and Fahd, I'm afraid you'll have to wait till next Friday (29th) when I get back, by which time the others from Eamric should have let me know if they are coming or not and I will then have a clear picture of places available.
