15/2/2021 11:49 | Good interview. We hold 22% 0f PIRI who are invested in YOP. This is the founder of YOP and director of Pluto Digital Assets. Worth a listen DeFi (decentralised finance) gone from £600m to £40bn today in less than one year. Pluto interview very interesting | plasybryn
15/2/2021 11:11 | Indeed, the PIRI asset looks very interesting. Nice move today. | owenski
15/2/2021 11:07 | Up 21%. The ARB, PIRI, YOP, Pluto Digital Assets sector is hot. RGO benefits.Another one in the space is Coinsilium- still under the radar . | plasybryn

12/2/2021 15:38 | Would be nice to see a tick up on the bid before close to keep the directors happy | aylesone
12/2/2021 15:10 | Full deal still to be finalised but RGO's next winner? | outspan
12/2/2021 14:35 | Should see this over 1.5 pretty soon then as a starter for 10 | aylesone
12/2/2021 13:43 | RGO is an interesting arbitrage in relation to PIRI RGO currently at or just under last reported NAV PIRI currently at approx 5x NAV You can indirectly aquire exposure to PIRI by buying RGO. RGO also offers more than just exposure to PIRI ! I expect these increases should feed through to RGO. However, PIRI being crypto related could be a bit frothy. What goes up, could also come down. Time will tell. The good bit is that RGO's PIRI shares were all aquired below PIRI's reported NAV. So even if PIRI retraces, RGO's holding should still be of value. | seraha66
12/2/2021 13:02 | Tick up ... investors are making the connection to PIRI! | aylesone
12/2/2021 12:16 | The warrants WILL be the icing on the cake but, of course, have no attributable value in the balance sheet until exercised. That said, their 2 year life means their value will undoubtedly be recognised in NAV terms within the next 14 months, as and when exercised before expiry. Worth noting that Nick Lee, the Investment Director of RGO also sits on the Board of PIRI as a non-exec so couldn't be better placed to see the future potential for this investment. | outspan
12/2/2021 11:42 | The warrants were 1 for 1, exercisable @ 4p till Apr 2022. Assuming all are still held, PIRI at 16p, with all warrants converted would give value to RGO of approx £5.6m. However, even better than that, seems major PIRI shareholder Chris Akers has called PIRI into the 30p's within a couple of months. Obviously, he could be wrong but if he's right.........!! Certainly YOP has taken off substantially for PIRI over recent days and is being called substantially higher still, let alone PIRI's other tech investments so RGO presents as very good way to ride PIRI (and Plutus in due course) while getting secure 5% dividends and sleeping easily on solid but comfy ground! | outspan
12/2/2021 11:32 | From what I have been able to find, the RGO position in Pires is as follows: (assuming I've not made any mistakes) 2/11/16 Investment of £150,000 for 5,000,000 shares @3p and 2,500,000 warrants @ 4.25p (valid till 2 May 2018) 28/11/16 Investment of £100,000 for 3,333,333 shares @3p and 1,666,666 warrants @4.25p (valid up to 18 months from admission of the placing shares) 03/02/19 Investment of £187,600 for 7,816,660 shares @2.4p 24/02/20 Investment of £215,000 for 10,750,000 shares @2p and 10,750,000 warrants @4p (one warrant for each ordinary share subscribed for and valid for two years from date of issue) So average buying price for these shares is less than 3p. Warrants can be excercised from approx 4.25p Current Pires shares price 15.75p So a very health gain as things stand. Some of these warrant will have expired, but other should still be available. They look like representing a healthy return if excercised at the moment. At the very least Pires could represent a nice boost to NAV. | seraha66 |
