Some new "Statement of capital following an allotment of shares" filings issued by PLUTO DIGITAL at Companies House.

These should give a more accurate picture of PLUTO shares in issue at this time.

The most up to date document shows PLUTO having 638,237,192 shares in issue.
With the most recent being issued at 6p.

So in theory this values PLUTO at £38,294,232
With RGO's 4.2% share of this valued at £1,608,358
So a nice little gain on the original £1,000,000 investments.

The real fun will start once the PLUTO IPO price is revealed.


This does not take into account that RGO also hold PIRI shares.
With PIRI, I believe, also holding 32,518,876 shares in PLUTO.

Seamus looks to be a good call - Seamus Larrissey is Executive Director at VR Education Holdings PLC... although also on Pluto's board too... like the guy he is replacing.

This from hufc on LSE sounds a good summary.RGO invested £1 million in Pluto_Digital 4.2% shareholding + a holding of 17.48% interest in PIRI along with all their other investments - Pluto blasts beyond Moon to $50m within 50 Days of Inception with a target of late May 2021 for its admission

I see RGO they have exercised and sold all the Deepverge warrants. I would have kept them as Deepverge on the verge of something big.

DeepVerge (LSE:DVRG.L), announces the expansion of the data and technology division, Rinocloud, into Moorepark Technology Centre ("MTC") in Fermoy, Cork, Ireland. The facility, expected to be ready in Q3, includes laboratory and engineering production units that will establish a European centre of excellence for real-time detection of multiple dangerous pathogens, including SARS-CoV-2, in water and wastewater systems.

The Artificial Intelligence MTC will also facilitate research, development and assembly of Rinocloud's' patent pending optofluidic rigs in order to meet immediate and local demand for infrastructural installations of real time SARS-CoV-2 detection in Ireland and across Europe in wastewater. High-skilled roles include epidemiologists, physicists and data scientists.

As a holder of Gun, Rgo and Piri I am pleased to see Gun involved at 1p and more likely 4p.
IPO at 6p I believe?
