A positive write up is always good to read.

I have been picking more of these up during the past few sessions as the fall is overdone in my opinion. I don't think it will take much to see this back in the 6,000's.

As much as i love holding and reinvesting the div, i find the price action after the ex div date interesting, as an example SHEL went up! Id like to see a good week next week. But im sure all of us do :) have a good weekend all

Getting back to RIO, I see this has fallen further than the divi at the opening today.

Wider market is off a bit so that won't have helped. Still a good chance to think about adding if it comes off a bit more.

Zorija, The ex dividend date is tomorrow, 9 March. Payment date is 20 April, and the dividend per share is £1.85, NOT $1.85.
