Robert T is and should be acting in the best interest of the shareholders Perhaps one of PIRI’s investments could be an opportunity I'm sure his is m8. He set the £25m raise target for blue air. He had a built in fee for failure to comply which I'm sure will be revealed soon. He has terminated the deal not Blue air. There will be a plan B. If a raise is needed after Jan 5th I'm confident it will happen and I for one will take part "👍 | master rsi

25/10/2021 10:00 | Let's start again then .............. Ridgecrest Update re proposed reverse takeover of Blue Air Ridgecrest, an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, has terminated negotiations on its proposed reverse takeover of Blue Air*. This is a consequence of Blue Air's inability to raise the pre-RTO funding that was the principal condition of the non-binding heads of agreement between Ridgecrest and Blue Air's vendors referred to in Ridgecrest's announcement of 6 July 2021. The Board of Ridgecrest has concluded that it is in the Company's shareholders' best interests to pursue an alternative transaction. The Company anticipates being able to make a further announcement regarding an alternative transaction in the near future. Trading in the Company's shares was suspended on 6 July 2021, pursuant to AIM Rule 15. If the Company does not complete a reverse takeover or become readmitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules within six months of the suspension, it is expected that trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled. The Company expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 March 2021 later this week. * Blue Air is defined in the announcement of 6 July 2021. | master rsi

19/9/2021 20:14 | Last Friday change on the UK will help also .... (Alliance News) - Holiday bookings are expected to soar after the UK government announced a relaxation of international travel rules, but concerns have been raised over a changed approach to Covid-19 testing. Transport Secretary Grant Shapps revealed on Friday that the traffic light system is set to be replaced from October 4 by a single, reduced "red list" of destinations from where travellers arriving in England will have to quarantine in a government-supervise People who are fully vaccinated will no longer need a pre-departure test before returning from non-red list destinations, and from the end of October they will be able to replace the day two PCR test with a cheaper lateral flow test. Alan French, chief executive of travel firm Thomas Cook, said October half-term bookings were up 200% compared to August and he expected this figure to increase as a result of the changed system. "Based on our bookings already today, I would expect this weekend to be the biggest of the year so far as people take advantage of the great deals on offer, the new easier rules on testing and the simplified system for international travel," he said. Andrew Flintham, managing director of holiday company Tui UK, part of Tui AG, said he had already seen "an uptick in bookings for Turkey in October" and expected a boost in customer confidence with the new rules. Online travel agency Skyscanner said it saw a 133% spike in traffic in the 30 minutes following Shapps's announcement, while there had been "huge increases" in searches for destinations such as Turkey and the Maldives in anticipation of Friday's news. | master rsi
