I guess the obvious question to ask is: if they haven't been able to do a rto in the past three months when they were listed, why do we think they'll be able to do one in the next six months when they're suspended?

It's not a delisting is it? Please pay attention.It goes to suspension if there is, or isn't a deal before 4th July.Then they have six more months to finalise any deal before delisting becomes a consideration.

Encouraging stability here today.Also, no more TR1s with people reducing.I might as well stay strapped in too, even throughout suspension, as my 12m shares are bought and paid for.

Anyone else expecting an RNS TR1 in the next 26 hours?

Any LTH now needs a re-assuring missive from the company before its suspension and lock-in.

Needs just £6 million to re-admit from suspension.

As the company have already said :-

"As an AIM Rule 15 cash shell the Company is required to make an acquisition or acquisitions constituting a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 on or before the date falling six months from becoming an AIM Rule 15 cash shell (as announced on 5 January 2021) or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least GBP6 million), failing which the Company's ordinary shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40."
