Theyve grabbed a bargain , 6 mill yearly profits sure it'll take time to grow again but pent up demand . New route to Heathrow,serving all the UK based Romanians.

You might be right, but I sold at nearer 2p, and I don't want my money tied up for what could be months. So everyones situation is different. But it doesn't alter the fact I am very surprised at the sector they have chosen. Genuinely good luck.

Not uptight in the slightest. I hold 7 million shares. I very much expect a good return. Saying you're glad you sold is idiotic.. how about wait to see what the relist price is before commenting? I might well be saying i wish i sold.. nobody knows

Cause Ryanair are the only airline that makes money? You're an idiot and a small timer. You know you shouldnt have sold and you're gonna miss out big time. Who's to say Ryanair doesnt buy them out in 2 years time? You are the ONLY person who i've seen saying they are glad they sold.

After all the hype & excitement about reversing green tech or a new generation tech into RDGC, the board settle for a low cost airline to compete with the likes of Ryanair in one of the most cut throat business sectors out there. Couldn't make it up.

The airline was profitable before COVID-19 impacted its operations, with audited accounts for the 12 months ended 30 September 2019 reporting a profit before tax of EUR6.75 million.

2 points is that current holders will be left with 5% equity I presume before raising further equity for funds -

The consideration payable in respect of the Proposed Transaction is proposed to be satisfied entirely by the issue to Cristian Rada and his brother of 9,022,495,560 new ordinary shares in the Company comprising, immediately thereafter (but prior to completion of the Placing), approximately 95% of the Company's current issued share capital. It is also intended that the Company will carry out an appropriate share consolidation and/or share subdivision simultaneously with completion of the Proposed Transaction. Upon completion, Ridgecrest's name would be changed to Blue Air Group plc.
