Fb...Tosca will know what the companies next move is.....if and when we get a declaration it should indicate there is no imminent share buyback,the price is too low to further expand through placing,the next move imho is all the backers will get in line with their percentages and we will be off to the next level.....we can then continue our expansion through acquisitions via stock and placement but the share price should be very juicy by then......all the squeaking pi,s will just nod in agreement..why?.....coz we have two options,move on or accept the company manoeuvres......
Only the drum banging traders hang around looking for their 5% returns,that system and traffic light investing is for mugs.....good luck if it pays the bills but I prefer to bring home the bacon honestly.....

I could be wrong as usual but don't think that Tosca will be buying any more if we go by the brokers notes saying a share buyback is a possibility, what's the point of them going up to 30% again when rhythmOne starts a share buyback and straightaway they go through the 30% barrier and either after put a bid in for the company or sell shares so by them not topping up it may indicate share buyback is possible.

stocky out of curiosity do you own any of the shares? And if so have you gone through all the percentages of the major shareholders are an informed them companies if there's any discrepancies or is it only rhythmone that it concerned you.

Regards new and existing shareholders I would imagine any outfit that were previously involved with Yume interested in furthering their ambition with rthm probably can’t believe their luck at now trading in the worst regulated most manipulated market outside of Azerbaijan

Some say the fines for late declarations are roughly the same as a set of Pirelli’s?
