Beaufort Securities are being accused of fraud, manipulating stock prices and pump and dump activities in the US.

It seems that in the US they facilitated "at least ten 'pump and dump' schemes generating over $50 million for clients, the investigation found.”

It would never happen over here though, would it??

So at 11 minutes past 2 " they took the price to 206 bid 208 offer for a huge trade of 76 shares at 208. Just for 3 seconds though! They never let anybody actually buy any shares when they spike it down!

CMC took the sell price to 205.795 based on the bid of 206 which matches the 12 month low for the share price @206.

Therefore if you were unlucky to have a stop at the 12 month low of 206 you have been stopped out!

The combined value of RTHM and YUME breached the 12 month low for RTHM on it's own.

Good job we have our friendly hedge fund TOSCA who were instrumental in arranging the acquisition looking after PI's interests!

So from 14-00 to 14-11 the bid went from 220p to 206p - that was in 11 short minutes and only 15,973 shares traded.

Even more strange and taking into account trade definitions are based on the mid-price that was very little business used to trump people out - top regulators ah? lol

Btw - positive speech by May, she has my vote on Britain's future.

Only 83 days to go and no one is talking about GDPR and the effects of not being able to track who is using your website so you can't profile them for future ad sales

Anyone think this will have a large effect on the ad tech sector? As the default setting these off and you have to turn it on so you can be tracked

Or will it after a few months settle down as people would rather be tracked than lose access to a website or pay to use it
