Excellent post barky,I can see that could certainly out trump those who are holding us in the corner...raising the price and making rthm paper a viable bargaining chip for future expansion projects

In the absence of other evidence you would have to conclude that if IR are feeding Whitman Howard the numbers then 1R are effectively writing their report and this is not independent research.

And not worth a lot in my view.

Extreme caution is the watchword here for all kinds of reasons.

I do agree with that statement - and I have never really liked buybacks on the aim, you are giving away a lot of control! Here is where it could be good and trump out gangsters.

The company we believe - is in a lot better way than the market is pricing..even two years of positive rns's have not stopped gangsters holding the price unrealistically low. RTHM in the SEC filing have stated a healthy year...that is fact they are not hiding anything, or could be seen as hiding anything - and so they could buyback without investigation!

If RTHM could secure a large buyback in one hit and with the aid of a large holder - the share price could well skyrocket..we could then raise capital at a nice price and buy more expansion, just as we have worked it in the past.

This well might be classed as sailing close to the wind - but on the aim, and taking into account their treatment - I think they might just play that hand?

It says so in the F4 Amendment on page 208. Tosca at 7.2% and Edenbrook at 6.95%

Unlike a lot of posters here who constantly comment on the share and have no interest in the stock long or short so they keep saying but find it their public duty to warn anyone and everyone about the dangers of buying this share but never any of the positives.

Those shares can be dropped at the door of potential future targets without affecting liquidity....we are working on the cash build but certainly don’t lack imagination and forward planning with the mighty ted at our helm......
Happy to hear why taking shares out of the system for cash at these levels is a good idea?

The article mentions Appnexus.

APPNEXUS gets the publicity for picking up the fraudulent traffic. All companies need good publicity, don't they?
What better way to get that good PR than showing live examples.

According to Alexa, IBT rankings dropped off a few weeks ago, probably due to the fraud being picked up..
Makes you wonder how much fraudulent traffic still exists..



Great, these ads.txt files.. helps pick up fraudulent traffic to make the ecosystem cleaner...

Football, what do you mean? Do I have shares in R1? Yes I do.Also it would appear that Tosca did not buy Edenbrook's shares, as they both had roughly 7% of YuMe on the 11th Jan.

I agree with a bit of both Digi and Footy - I had already said Tosca will not be pleased with a buyback right now..threshold movement etc.

A buyback would however move the share price substantially imo.

I also agree that Tosca will have had talks - as Digi stated. I think the buyback will only go ahead if there were talks of another acquisition.

Stock and cash would see Tosca maintain %'s and the share price would most likely remain inviting for the buyback - hopefully PI's will still be hanging around for the crescendo, and the sting will be complete!

Another acquisition could suit the Yume side - or if the business can surprise the market sufficiently as we stand - the Royal Flush could be laid down immediately this May?

What a Muppet how can we take a screenshot of something which hasn't changed it said December 17 on it or along maybe the person alleging/lying would have took a screenshot of it to backup their story or is impossible to screenshot something that didn't happen? Have you emailed the company to backup your story? I know I will be emailing the company if so me people fought I was a liar and be asking for their help!
