Cogefi attributing the January fall to the arb traders in their end-January review...

"A l’inverse, le fonds a été impacté par la baisse de RHYTHMONE (-13.48%)
dont les titres ont été à nouveau ciblés par des stratégies d’arbitrage,
à l’approche de la conclusion de l’offre sur son concurrent américain
YUME."

luafc - "Ironic to see BARKING complain about integrity. The very one who says RTHM is profitable against all published facts"

Have you ever been in business - do you know how business works?

Every business person I know or have worked with - pay accounts large sums of money to avoid looking too successful...

I am sure the successful readers on here have not been in real profit for years...is Donald Trump in real profit? lol

Ironic to see BARKING complain about integrity. The very one who says RTHM is profitable against all published facts, the pusher of dishonesty who states everyone critical has lost on their investment, and the spiv who pedals "privileged guesses" and fantasies. A poor grasp of financials and business realities does not excuse.

Good post Barky you might expect for a stock price to move 5 to 10 % there would be some news or at least some share trade volume, bUT with RTHM they move the price 10 % at will to suit there purposes!

Presently, there are only 2 declarations of holdings following the merger..... Singer and R&M.

How much have R1's undeclared profits soared since the last nudge and wink from your R1-connected ad exec chums, Berky? Doing wonders for the sp, anyway!

If we want to talk about criminal behaviour digi tell us more about what you knew about the "certain Zango assets" that the smart Ben exposed.

Based on ADVFN trades assumptions today we have 62,077 Buys, 24,785 Sells and 7,330 Unknowns. Obviously all trades consist of a Buy and a Sell.

We had the classic spike down just before the close at 4:20 we had 230 bid 238 offer we then went 226 v 234 for some trades at 230 with a nice 8p spread, then we went to 224 v 230 for a few trades at 224. The lowest offer price was 230 the lowest bid 224.

The lowest price quoted on CMC Markets was 221.779. So if you had a 222p stop you have been stopped out. Nice work if you can get it !

They want to lower the bid to trigger potential stops but are not so keen to lower the offer to allow purchasers to take advantage of their games.

How unusual, Berky had no answer to my post, which has already been ticked up 5 times, I see. Others clearly agree with me. Let's see those undeclared profits declared, eh Berky?

Are there any YuMe holders on this board? One was under the impression that it would take time before YuMe was converted in R1 paper and therefore tradable. Partly the reason why I chose not to buy.

There may be some truth in that, JonC, but it also appears that the MMs are being kind to investors by making it difficult to Buy shares in a stock that is being sold off...didn't realise they were that charitable. No, I think there is more to it than that but I am not privy to these underhand practices and I don't like being kept in the dark like this.

However, I may still Add tomorrow!

Has the YuMe paper already been converted R1 paper?

The price is falling because YuMe holders stateside are selling their R1 paper.

Simple as that.

No conspiracy.

Selling R1 paper is a smart move.

The Government distance themselves from the FCA - could we see someone with clout take the FCA to task?
barkboo

It is no coincidence that the FCA came into force on the 1st April 2013 - only they take us for the fools, not themselves.

They have fined Xcap Securities PLC, SEI Investments (Europe) Limited, Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and Aberdeen Fund Management Limited, Standard Bank PLC, EFG Private Bank Ltd, Guaranty Trust Bank (UK)...bit of a common theme there.. plus of course a couple of small wraps on the knuckle for others, just to make regulation look kosher.

Yes their work does take on a bit of a theme - as you will notice, and of course those above that commit offences are carefully fined to make sure crime pays - and it also pays the regulator wages! lol
