26/1/2018 11:46 | JohnnyC - "They bought "certain assets" from Zango. Look that where that got them." $1 billion market capitalisation? lol Yes - and most family earned a few quid! How did you do JohnnyC? - We are also now the safest brand. | ![]() barkboo
26/1/2018 11:38 | They bought "certain assets" from Zango. Look that where that got them. Never ever trust a BoD that will not tell shareholders what they the BoD are doing with shareholder money. Short this pos to zero. | ![]() jonc
26/1/2018 11:35 | Gordon - I was merely suggesting possibilities for the delay to Footy and Loaf. I see the RadiumOne integration as a positive. We cannot equate accurately the revenue expectations - RTHM wording was "certain assets" or better known to a barrow boy as cherry picking. We bought the best cherries round the back of the market, without opposition and very cheaply! As far as cost go - most businesses, time is money - looks like they done the business with RadiumOne in a flash - in fact you could say, "in a Flash Gordon." Either way - I do not see the update delay as a negative...these guys do what they believe is best for the Company, they know better than myself.....those that dont like the management are free to move on. | ![]() barkboo

26/1/2018 11:14 | And actually in the first half results statement (4th December), R1 said that "although, due to cost savings taking slightly longer to achieve, Adjusted EBITDA for RadiumOne is expected to be approximately breakeven during this period." (i.e. during the first 12 months of ownership). So no fireworks from the RadiumOne contribution this FY as far as I can see. | ![]() 1gw
26/1/2018 11:06 | barkboo - RadiumOne was managing $141m of revenues by itself in CY16. R1 bought only some of the assets and expects to do $65-75m. Doesn't sound particularly ambitious to me. Cost synergies have nothing to do with revenues anyway have they? R1 are quoting the revenue numbers so we have an idea of what the $1m-$3m of adjusted ebitda (which clearly does depend on cost synergies) might be earned on. So if they integrate quicker than expected we might see this $1m-$3m adjusted EBITDA accelerated a bit, but we might also expect acceleration of any associated one-offs (restructuring costs). So faster integration probably means slightly higher adj EBITDA and slightly higher bottom-line losses in this FY on the incremental business. | ![]() 1gw
26/1/2018 10:28 | Not forgetting RTHM are also trying to please Yume investors? | ![]() barkboo
26/1/2018 10:24 | Footy - "Loaf and R1 keep saying they have no problem with them figures so why not put some figures out then" I did mention a possibility on the other thread, The prediction was that RadiumOne would be integrated within 12 to 18 months of ownership. "Subject to execution of the cost synergies alone, the Company anticipates that the Acquisition will generate $65M to 75M in revenues and $1M to $3M in Adjusted* EBITDA over the next twelve months." Now that is an ambitious revenue claim and worded as, "over the next twelve months." Now they have achieved the integration in a fraction of that time, and were clearly pleased to announce that.. they were also forced to delay the prelims because of the Yume work and interruption? Call me old fashioned and I might be assuming 1+1 makes 5 but with the double quick integration and the extra revenue expected - those three weeks could make some interesting difference to the update.. $1M plus per week? | ![]() barkboo
