Indeed some very accurate predictions on industry trends there Sikh, whether one holds bullish or bearish views, this thread is simply essential reading for all 1R investors.

Unfortunately posting challenging views about a stock on a bulletin board is almost like going into someone's house and criticising their children - and it is about as well received.

You can expect no thanks for it, no matter how valid and justified the arguments raised against investment, we all fall emotionally in love with our stock picks, how strange is that.

But I think we have given people good valid reasons to be careful and not to believe the hype. This remains a 'show me the money' stock.

as previously predicted and discussed on here, looks like there maybe a shift towards transparency in those previous hidden fees...

Rubicon said ages ago that they were ditching the buy side fees, now Appnexus/Adobe are going to reveal what their fees are...

1R could use the opportunity to show they are ahead of the game...their court case with Dataxu might be an opportunity for them to prove they are transparent...but they did take out a 'Protective Order', so maybe no...

Following their recent legal action with Guardian over hidden fees, Rubicon reduced their fees.

Now they have removed them as part of their transparency drive....
Will others follow???

Looks like a brilliant move by AppNexus Sikh, giving the customers what they want.

Don’t think our bozos will be joining them anytime soon though. Except that if we lose this court case with DataXu we might have to take drastic emergency action to restore confidence.

Actually scratch that, if we lose the courtcase it is potentially game over, it will bring all those trust issues right back to the surface again.

A good reason for going ahead and implementing this level of transparency now and being ahead of the pack.
