JohnnyC - Edelman was forced to admit he was hired by two funds. Now I am no expert in the rules governing the aim and short selling, but I am pretty confident that it is illegal to join forces with an intent to rig a force sell position.

Those with much greater knowledge - will I am sure, put me right.

I am sure that Blackrock had a conflict of interest and acted in an unprofessional manner - or worse?

I am not bothered by my losing trade although you seem to be.

I am not addicted to gambling like you are berky so do not need to hide or lie about my losses. Although as I have pointed out to you I am still in profit on Blinksy.

Loaf - remember interims were three weeks late and there should be a raft of news waiting with Yume and the deal.

You always play your hand for maximum impact......either way the company will be acting in its best interest.

A decent TU for the best qtr would ensure success. No need of an extension and they can get on with the merger.

Anyway, whats another few weeks, months, years .....
