I think a TO is more likely... Dwight leaving, SC selling shares, Ed leaving and Richard, ex PVMG, joining and BM's millions of options, possibly 50-60p???..

I dont know about all you guys - but for me personally, it is great to see people like John John, Gowlane et al show their true colours.

They could have said or agreed the news about profitability appears to look good, the rns has a feel of company confidence?

But no - they went for an unrealistic strong negative slant that only a quarter wit with severe dementia could possibly buy - truth of the matter, they cant get a trade right, and they get angry with those that do!!

End of!!!

I assume that you think that my interpretation of them calling off the Perk deal because they were more interested in another target was a bizarre presumption?

they have repeatedly stated ad nauseam that they are always looking at acquisitions,
so 10 to 1 it is bang on the money - in my view

versus the line that they had received an approach, they have to announces those to the market

From what I am hearing in the trading camp - interest today is very hot, and is being made to look very slow. lol

It is abrupt, unplanned, he has nothing else lined up, or he would have stayed a month to do a proper handover, and then announced he was leaving to take up a new position

the previous auditors resigned as well, no explanation where do you see that?

I said watch IDP move to peeps when it was 71p and it's never looked back, I been saying keep an eye on PEL since 2.5 and it's never looked back, it's been consolidating in 4.1-4.5 range after nearly hitting 5 and it's just moved higher today for first time in about two weeks, 12p is where I said from start for it, profitable trading ahead of expectations on last two trading statements and another one due, all imho dyor

the new man is not an American CPA but has an accounting degree from a tiny University in the US.

Not professionally qualified, but now a CFO for a listed company? The last time I saw that was with Globo . . .
