Honestly that STT - what a plonker! I put up a post expressing the view that, given his header and his views he was unlikely to be a simple PI. So what happens?

The fool takes the bait, swallows it hook line and sinker, and his immediate response is to trawl up a post from 2013. The fact that that post was clearly tongue in cheek has simply passed the poor love by.

Rocket Fuel reported for Q3 a couple of days ago, gross revenue of $109.7m, down 6% on a sequential basis, lower than expected political spend and international also down - I think they mean UK

Non GAAP Adjusted net loss of $3.6m, true bottom line net loss of $10.7m

They hate a revenue miss in the US so the stock was down about 20% over the last 2 days, google finance now showing a market cap of $111.6m.

They were bleeding cash heavily some time ago and really looked like they were done for but they are back generating some cash flow again.

However it doesn’t look like the election is going to be a great moneyspinner this time, due to that tightwad Trump, maybe we needed Jeb Bush to be the Republican nominee.

Agreed this is potentially a massive industry, but like all nascent industries it is terribly difficult to differentiate between winners and losers. Luck plays a big part. Perhaps the big winner in this space hasn't even been formed yet?
