As usual, when Barky is posting, so does digi.

The timings are quite uncanny.

Having an alter ego that appears to be just as stupid as your own, really takes the biscuit.

£24 anyone ?

Loaf,
"Cash in the bank. No Debt"

How much cash is in the bank? There was no mention of cash in the Sept TU.

No Cash mentioned.
The CFO resigns immediately..So that's 3 CEOs and 2 CFOs within about a period of a year..

The expectations are changed from MARKET to MANAGEMENT, which are most likely lower..

and they a $100m secured credit facility...

How do you know any of it hasn't been used yet? So they could have debt.

The 2 charges for the $100m credit facility.

Thanks for taking the time barky,I personally don’t believe it’s out of company hands.....that’;s a good wriggle out of jail statement imho....they could have done so much more......but once again why should they?.....I suspect they are happy for this activity to continue because our top holders are hedge funds that make their living ducking and diving regulations and rules, offshore onshore you name it they know every trick in the book
More reason for our chair that has his own fund to know how to combat these raids....
These pompous cowboys would sell their granny’s for the bottom line....and Singers bottom line is his fund not R1..!!!!

As JonC has sussed out, the latest RNS contains a message that the integration of the 3 acquisitions which have taken place over the last 18 months is still ongoing.

Don't believe anything that this company tells you about jam tomorrow. Clearly the market does not believe any more. It is invariably followed by horrendous losses, unlike in the case of Criteo who have overtaken us (years ago) and consistently delivered substantial growing profits.

So I agree with Sikh and RF, the share price is more likely to drift closer to 100p than 300p over the remainder of the year.

As a wise man once said "˜hope is not an investment strategy".

Or put it another way 'Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me' But what if they fool you half a dozen times?

Protect your investment pot folks, extreme caution is the order of the day, in my opinion.

French data regulator’s mobile ad action RATTLES AD TECH

"The announcement, which was posted earlier this month, has triggered alarms among some publishing and ad tech executives as to what the ruling signals for the ad tech model. Several executives took to Twitter over the weekend to highlight some of the more wide-ranging consequences the ruling could potentially have for Google, the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Transparency and Consent framework, and ad tech in general.

“It is a significant decision, with the potential to disrupt the ad tech model,” said a publishing executive who is still assessing the ramifications of the announcement."

Northern Trust Global Investments Ltd. (Securities Lending), show up as holders on FT and wsj. Their holding usually tallies up with the SoL figure. Guessing they are some of Lombard's friends.

The Yume buying with the prices offered, as you know was a certain move with the final cash received - your were being told this by the sp's and the available arbitrage ...the subsequent share price of RTHM made the total successful play less profitable...

So to answer your opening paragraph - ""I don't think this is a gamble in any way" it wasn't!
