"Downstream partners in a supply chain – DSPs, SSPs and DMPs, for example – aren’t in a great position to collect user consent on their own, so if they want to comply with GDPR, they generally depend on consumer-facing publishers to get consent on their behalf and pass it along within a secure CMP.

That’s fine, if the controller – which is Vectaury, in this case – can prove that users have given consent to have their personal data processed. But this can’t, in the CNIL’s view, “be fulfilled by the mere presence of a contractual clause guaranteeing an initial consent validly collected.”"

Digi, i'm hoping Singer has kept some positive news to be released next month such as potential positive cash generation, a return to growth mode with higher margins and maybe, just maybe a share buyback.

That dip in revenue sure did ensure the market didn’t get too interested here.....we know what’s coming in Dec but if the outlook is reduced even by the width of a hair it’s game over....this is on a silver platter for the big 3

We are in a white hot space....where are all the young fund managers convincing their executives to take a punt here???......
Even I can see nobody is interested,why hasn’t their been a string of roadshows to get funds in for a big return????
I get it they don’t want to use their own cash to take up the slack but why not use other people’s money!!

The white knight singer is also doing rather well over at his other activist company quantum Corp....5% down today rattling along the gutter bottom at all time lows....

I would say the city dislikes the top shareholders and the all too controlling board so they are staying away......
You couldn’t make a dent in this at the moment if you put a fire sale sign outside hq.....
The cowboys are a distracted disgrace with too many pokers in other fires to give this a 2nd glance......

Why would singer offer you £3 , clearly this company is not liked by the city , as for Tosca , saw their games at SLE some years back , dodgy is being polite , feel for anyone here who is holding lots of cash in here , the answer is probably for everyone to go short and join the party, recent tu has gone down like a super flush .

Archy has a fair point here.The sooner crooked Singer and Tosca offer us 3 quid the better for all imo.Looks like Singer and Co more than happy also,.........................................................to short this to zero?
