"Downstream partners in a supply chain – DSPs, SSPs and DMPs, for example – aren’t in a great position to collect user consent on their own, so if they want to comply with GDPR, they generally depend on consumer-facing publishers to get consent on their behalf and pass it along within a secure CMP.

That’s fine, if the controller – which is Vectaury, in this case – can prove that users have given consent to have their personal data processed. But this can’t, in the CNIL’s view, “be fulfilled by the mere presence of a contractual clause guaranteeing an initial consent validly collected.”"

So Barky’s ‘broker’ gets it right from time to time?

Last year he said they promised him £24. We’re now at approximately 6% of that value.

So, it’ ok to be wrong by 94% because they get it right “sometimesR21;?

Do you actually believe he knows a broker who gives him advice as terrible as that? Personally, I’d be pretty miffed if I knew a broker who promised £24 and I got £1.50. I certainly wouldn’t be accepting anything he said again, would you?

Ok borg,interesting take on the situation....I personally would be comfortable taking that option as we have the majority shareholders onboard,and when singer screwed over the yume shareholders you could fit the class actions in a shoe box.....

Just look at gowlane's profile and posts all of them about rhythmone apart from the odd one where each kissing STT's butt over on the totally thread also you might notice that all the gang follow each other and advfn staff as well strange how the rampers always called the devious ones but it seems you have a secret organisation or gang here or following each other! Commenting on each other's posts! And crime victim constantly! Don't know if we dealing with snowflakes or one very clever poster with lots of different ids and personas

Yeah I must admit to a soft spot for Barky the Bandit, light fingered wallet stripper though he is. He is his own worst enemy but does not know it.

People only want to read good things about their investment I suppose.

You would think that the penny has to drop sometime, maybe not soon enough for some, but it does for everybody in the end.

if these interims are poor, then watch out below and the recriminations will be flying thick and fast on these threads.

Not if the company continues to move into the right direction.
Blinkx kept going up and reached well over a $1B valuation on AIM because they were growing at around a 100% year on year. Even in the last year prior to the blog there was strong revenue growth. This is why The Trade Desk has a massive valuation.

I don't think trust would be restored instantly on a US market because class action lawsuits would put a serious dent into that trust.

I also don't think a move to the US today would result in a massive market cap. Maybe to around 400p equivalent in $ at which time the class action suits will start.
Don't forget that in the US each class action lawsuit could result in settlements in the tens of millions of dollars which would put us out of business pretty quickly.

You have to have news that would please US shareholders before listing there and a massive drop in revenue is not one of them.

Archy147 you protest too much every post about Rhythmone knocking the company and knowing all the posts from years ago and what people's stances and opinions were from years back anyone would think you was another multiple ids from another poster here but then again that wouldn't be legal would it misinforming punters?
Why don't you go blue and that way you can post anywhere but remember you can be traced as well if you make any accusations as they have your credit card details and address.

Why, please tell me, are you happy with Barky telling you he has inside information to BUY when the share price goes in the opposite direction.

Because his message is positive you’re happy for his lies to be losing you, and others, money?

They've been talking about listing in the US for years and nothing's happened yet so not holding my breath for that one
