02/11/2018 16:00 | Looks that way. They just need to change the dates! | loafofbread
02/11/2018 15:50 | so possibly similar to last year's rns ... sikhthetech - 19 Oct 2018 - 16:28:46 - 9376 of 9562 RHYTHMONE - new Name, new Beginning??? - RTHM There's still no rns stating when the results will be... Last year, the results date rns was released on 31st Oct when they also mentioned the weakness in the share price The results were on 4th December. If they leave it another week or so to announce the results date then the results could be in December again. "The Company notes the recent weakness in its share price and confirms that it is not aware of any developments since the release of its Trading Update on 17th October 2017 that would change the outlook contained in that statement." | sikhthetech
02/11/2018 15:46 | Digi - for me the problem is not that Singer ‘stole’ the company but rather that previous management seemed not to know what to do with what they had built. Brian might have been a good techie but he was useless at gaining the confidence of the market and his mangling of the Queen’s English at each AGM just painful. Singer’s record might not inspire confidence but at least he is talking the talk. I now wait to see whether he knows how to use his legs. | jarvis4
02/11/2018 15:42 | See my post on the other thread. East coast is open for business, so I suggest you send your own emails for confirmation. Good buying op imho. | loafofbread
02/11/2018 15:11 | and there's you suggesting to readers that there'll be a mid-Oct TU ..with the usual snip at the end..... Pretty good week - 5 Friday's on... I wonder, did the share price fall back after the TU, AS EXPECTED... ;-) 1gw - 28 Sep 2018 - 16:02:27 - 9089 of 9560 RHYTHMONE - new Name, new Beginning??? - RTHM Pretty good week then wasn't it, for the longs? Share price closed at 214p on Monday, immediately before the TU, having run up from 192p on the 12th September. So closing on Friday above that level, at 222p, is ok in my book, even if there's been a bit of a pullback from the high. And don't forget, Tuesday's rns announced a CFO resignation with immediate effect, which isn't usually good news for the share price. For next week, I suppose the question is whether the market will anticipate more good news in a mid-October TU or whether things will go quiet waiting for November results. And to think, some posters said they were expecting the share price to fall back post-TU, even without a CFO resignation. | sikhthetech
02/11/2018 14:57 | Archy you buffoon....your not fooling anyone....does someone make these usernames up for you?... | digitalis
02/11/2018 14:52 | Can be a problem on AIM in general I think, not getting much, if any, notice of results. Do you remember when TLY gave notice that their results would be published on 10th July, STT? -------------------- sikhthetech - 24 Jun 2018 - 11:14:26 - 3438 of 6224 Totally Health - 2014 onwards - TLY savage, "I am not sure what thew regulations are, but did not the company say they would release them by the end of June?" The regulation is 6 months from yr end, which was March 31st, so by end of September. The rns clearly states that they will publish by end Sept, where did the company say they would release them by end of June? "-- publication of audited accounts for the 15 month period to 31 March 2018 by 30 September 2018. " | 1gw
02/11/2018 14:50 | We must not forget Singer stole R1 from us in a reverse takeover....that was an immediate two fingers to paying a decent market price....some would say that act in itself set out the form/credibility of the yume management that was to take full control of our company via a backdoor deal.... | digitalis
02/11/2018 14:47 | I suppose like most companies jarvis4 they seem to think turning up at the AGM and talking to shareholders is enough when in reality most would like someone to ring up other than Edward Bridges at FTI who stonewalls everyone he talks and doesn't liaise or fill you with confidence that is taken your comments on board. | football
02/11/2018 14:40 | DataXu won and R1 settled. | jonc
02/11/2018 14:35 | Most probably like when Dataxu lost the case and settled out of court they made sure there was a nondisclosure agreement. Why you worried about Christmas? the CFO left? And replaced by one of yume's team And the results what's it got to do with non-shareholder unless you have a short on the stock are getting worried. And without any customers there wouldn't be any company/shareholders Shareholders have bought into the company and trust them with their money and future unlike shorter's who constantly D ramp the company and posts misleading information | football
02/11/2018 14:28 | "At RhythmOne, the trusted relationships we have with our customers are of the utmost importance." Why not issue a statement replacing 'customers' with 'shareholders'? The H1 TU was over a month ago - there was no mention of Cash... the CFO left... and still no idea when the H1 results will be...getting closer to the Christmas Holiday period... | sikhthetech
02/11/2018 14:20 | RhythmOne sued Dataxu and it was settled out of court and seems that Dataxu were doing the same to everyone but RhythmOne were the only ones that stood up to them. Why would RhythmOne take someone to court if they wasn't in the right knowing losing the case would damage the reputation? Why don't you grow a pair of balls STT and say that RhythmOne would you fraud in customers? Rather than suggesting 24/7! But as always the grovelling pus bag doesn't have the bottle to say it as he knows it's a lie and the company and the FSA would come down on him like a ton of bricks and is gang that's working here | football
02/11/2018 14:15 | Footy - it would be rather welcome if 1R would extend their focus on trust and effective communication so that it included shareholders. | jarvis4
02/11/2018 14:12 | "At RhythmOne, the trusted relationships we have with our customers are of the utmost importance." RhythmOne And Dataxu Tussle Over Unpaid Bills And Hidden Fees | sikhthetech
02/11/2018 14:06 | Sorry to anyone reading the last post I know it actually does mention RhythmOne in it and gaining customers trust showing STT and his gang never post anything that mentions the company! So the last post maybe highly offensive to them | football
02/11/2018 14:05 | High Quality Inventory Starts with Trusted Publisher Relationships OCTOBER 31, 2018 “Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships.&rdquo At RhythmOne, the trusted relationships we have with our customers are of the utmost importance. Trust is the main driving force behind our multi-pronged efforts to help ensure that we are transacting with inventory of the highest quality within our programmatic marketplace. While trust should be expected in any client-vendor relationship, the ad tech industry has been historically plagued by invalid traffic and sophisticated fraud schemes. This is why RhythmOne has placed such a strong emphasis on its quality initiatives — both in the vetting of publishers we work with, and in the technology itself, to flag and filter potentially problematic inventory sources. Direct, pre-screened publisher relationships. One of the publisher development team’s mandates is to establish relationships of the highest quality from direct publishers, with a niche focus on comScore’s top 500 publishers. In return, these publishers are offered an omnichannel, end-to-end programmatic solution to help them efficiently manage their supply and increase revenue. We have “first-look&rd Rigorous publisher property vetting. Publisher properties are vetted manually by our compliance team prior to joining the RhythmOne network, as well as over the course of our partnership. Through a series of third party vendors, we scan each publisher’s properties to help ensure in-house and prevailing industry best practices are upheld. At RhythmOne, we take inventory quality seriously and are members of many industry self-regulatory associations, such as TAG, that are dedicated to eliminating fraudulent digital advertising traffic, combating malware, fighting ad-supported Internet piracy, and promoting brand safety through greater transparency. Constant ad filtering to identify potentially invalid traffic. In addition to vetting our publisher relationships prior to onboarding into our SSP, we have an always-on filtering technology called RhythmGuard that acts as a bilateral protection for both the buyer and the seller. Within RhythmGuard, we couple proprietary technology with brand safety vendors such as IAS, WhiteOps, DoubleVerify, MOAT, and Pixalate. In addition, ad quality vendors like The Media Trust and Confiant filter the supply and creatives to help deliver a premium product from both sides. Our efforts to deliver quality inventory is evident in our consistent top ranking in Pixalate’s global seller trust index. RhythmOne was ranked #1 overall for traffic quality in 2017, and remains #1, as of their latest listing. We reached the top ranking by our constant efforts to enforce our strict publisher partnership requirements, continuously improving our platform’s ability to identify and filter-out invalid traffic (IVT) at the pre-bid level, and conducting thorough post-bid analysis and using some of the industry’s latest verification tools. RhythmOne gains the trust of our clients by earning it every day. | football
