SupportFreeContent - browser extension... similar to GetCheep from years ago...

Information in public domain...

why would any company close an operation just weeks after describing it as a 'pioneering' operation and just as the Yume deal was announced... seems a very odd thing to do...maybe it was a coincidence....

will the new management find any skeletons???.

SupportFreeContent was described as a Pioneering Initiative in fy2017 results...

"Another pioneering initiative designed to enhance the experience for RhythmOne publishers is called Support Free Content. This initiative arose out of the need to recapture revenues lost due to ad blocking. Support Free Content helps publishers address ad blocking by offering consumers choice - gating their access to publisher content via a set of monetization options that range from subscription, to white listing within their ad-blocker, to downloading a browser extension that provides alternative avenues for monetization."

According to Alexa, seems like it was closed around Aug/Sept 2017, during the latest reported fy, fy2018

So it seems like it was closed around Sept 2017, possibly when the rthm/Yume deal was confirmed..

23/08/17 - press speculation:

04/09/17 - confirmation of Yume deal:

So companies that are closed down and are no longer trading and have nothing to do with R1 are still getting quoted and now Mr autistic is arguing over the dates they closed on does it matter if it was six years or seven years ago? The company as a new business model and a completely new management! Mr autistic I notice some animosity towards the company and the board is that because it’s changed so radically from what it was like?

According to Faultwire, previous management closed Pinball in between the blog and the CMD day..

How convenient!!!!

;-)

Let's look at the timeframe and blnx's reaction. ..information in public domain...

2014

28th Jan - Blog

30th Jan - issues statement "The Company confirms there has been no material change to the operational and financial performance or outlook for the business"

Feb - Faultwire reports website went down in Feb
"Pinball Corporation's website at www.pinballcorp.com went down in February 2014 and likely indicates the company is no longer in business"

Mar 31st - CMD - defense against the blog

According to faultwire pinballcorp closed in Feb, in between the blog and CMD day.... I don't know how accurate faultwire is...is it a coincidence that they report it as being closed just after the blog and before CMD???

One closed in 2010 and the other in 2012 and almost 7 years later Mr autistic is still posting about them trying to say it’s the same company and then in the next breath they got a new CEO and the company is going in a different direction. Rain man what you post loads and links about totally from years back when they were a non-profit organisation but don’t post any new stuff where they are screwing the NHS?

Yes the Company working in line with Tosca. Tosca will want to take this private and probably have Martin Sorrell already lined up!

The BOD could and should have tried to defend the share price by purchasing some treasury stock.

Creating shareholder value, give me a break!

digi he has a gang working at share they all turn up on the same day and ramp the hell out of it and put in a few small buys to push the price up and entice mug punters to buying and then take shorts and he goes missing with the rest of the gang while the price plummet again! He really does need to be investigated on market manipulation let alone what he's doing here posting 24 seven on every thread and message board on the share he doesn't own or hold

Drop in share price. The more investors buy at these low prices, the more shorters will force the price down in order to scare some holders into selling. This way they make a small profit, but imo the more important point for them ( the ones running the algo) is to keep the price down. Yet to be seen for what reason. But, this could not happen without the company being in cahoot with algo runners.
