18/10/2018 08:39 | Dags,Recent 12 month high is 224p so a 50 percent premium above that puts it at about 375p.I will gladly take it to get out of this misguided and criminally insane company. | kendonagasaki
18/10/2018 08:20 | loaf with all the cost cutting going on the tea person/lady has no spare cash | football
18/10/2018 08:17 | Loaf - good post and my very thoughts! | barkboo
18/10/2018 08:08 | Everyone seems to know about the impending take over apart from the actual market! Are we to assume the lack of trading is because everyone has signed their NDAs? That said you would expect the tea lady to be buying a few. | loafofbread
18/10/2018 07:57 | Maybe due to better than expected cost cutting they over perform and come in at 22/23 Million EBITDA? Not long to find out as we should get a full update early November with hopefully positive forward guidance on the full year. | midasx
18/10/2018 07:56 | Have a great day y'all. | jonc
18/10/2018 07:54 | Silk, 25 September 2018 RHYTHMONE PLC DIRECTORATE AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES Management reaffirms its outlook for H1 FY2019 and sees a strong EBITDA performance of $19-21 million up from $3.1 million for H1 FY2018 | midasx
18/10/2018 07:35 | I agree - the shorters can see the train on the tracks coming down the tunnel heading for them. I'm afraid the light at the end of the tunnel is financial oblivion. There will be no capitulation. No surrender.Short to zero ? Go ahead - make my day. | wheeze
18/10/2018 07:26 | Lol....that’s the funniest thing I’ve read for ages dags!....375p for a top tier ad network!....even 900p is daylight robbery | digitalis
17/10/2018 23:41 | You are having a laugh. The take out price is 375p. Not 3.75x. And at 375, enough people they need will throw the towel in | dagsteeth
17/10/2018 22:26 | 4.5x the price we have been artificially held at and everyone will bailout..... Thanks very much Eric......90p.....a place at the new owners top table for you and Bonney...? History books will show £9 acquisition after 10yrs in the market floating at 70p.....what a deal maker!! | digitalis

17/10/2018 22:04 | I always felt ed let Singer in the back door....if something is brewing in the interest of Singer and his associates there’s no hiding ed reginelli on any desert island in the world.....we will find him?...... | digitalis
17/10/2018 21:38 | Seekthetech - a lot of sense there. | jarvis4
17/10/2018 21:33 | You meant “not” to give a profit forecast. I happen to agree totally with your viewpoint. Nothing else makes sense. | schroedar
17/10/2018 21:06 | Bonney is not taking calls; Numis (as advisor), unlike Whitman and N+1 did not update their research note (it may be concluded it's on their restricted list); the trading update was very careful to give a profit forecast under the Takeover Code; Ed was kicked out (no notice period); FD brought in with a specific purpose; 2 geriatrics as CEO/CFO are not here to build a business by acquisitions; no new NEDs added; Board of 3 amigos only; clue in RNS re "consolidation activity". I guarantee they are in advanced stages of talks on a sale; in between times the algo trading patterns are identical to those before Lombard announced their last stake increase being managed the mm taking stock on its balance sheet with all the small sells to create the liquidity for the Lombard large purchases...watch this space.... | seekthetech
17/10/2018 20:44 | I tried loaf but the Dali llama got back to me first so I took his advice which was keep my cool and make sure the garden hedge doesn’t get out of hand!..... | digitalis
17/10/2018 20:28 | Out of interest has anyone managed to have a chat with Mark Bonney yet? | loafofbread
17/10/2018 20:12 | If we're speculating I would say as the last R1-heritage board member he was already on borrowed time. And the Sox/SEC "material deficiencies" findings, while maybe not entirely unexpected, provided the excuse. So he jumped before he was pushed, or else he agreed to jump. But of course that is pure speculation and it could have been something completely different. | 1gw
17/10/2018 20:01 | 1gw "abrupt departure of Ed" wasn't he ill or a family member very ill last time so maybe the same this time? | football
17/10/2018 19:33 | Yup. Put the company up for sale and be done with it. | loafofbread |
