So Johnny boy you expect a company to be bought out and amalgamated seamlessly with that a single disruption to the business? You don't account for them using different software is an servers that use different coding which all has to be rewritten and beta tested, or offices and people's to be moved around or to be done seamlessly overnight in fact you think you buy a company and you add 2 and 2together and get 4 but don't account for all the variables that would happen.


Seeing you use the word totally you must looking at old techies company now and again why haven't you criticised or posted your concerns about them? They would went bust last year out ripping off shareholders of a placing at 55p, have terrible reviews of their services and still have I think it's 25% or more leading improvement! You have posters talking about contracts and staff coming to the company which have not been announced and are trading now at less than 19p down from pounds ago a few years back, why don't you warm posters over their of your mates dodgy dealings were you the same person just in different clothing?

What do you mean without proof.

Look at the SEC filings for YuMe for the first six months of last year and add that to the same period for R1(which is what I did) and you will see that it is true.

I posted the figures some weeks ago.

You can choose not to read it but have some dignity mate and look at the figures yourself and then come back and tell me that I tell the truth.

Do you agree footers that on a like for like basis turnover for the first six months declined rather the deceit of the RNS that declares strong growth?

Old STT and his gang if it's a gang and not just one person work like a tagteam you knock one down any calls off to a corner then another one turned up with the next bunch of lies that mistruths trying to deceive shareholders with this not on what's going on.

I could Totally understand the scepticism if we had a poster here saying that they worked at the company/call centre saying about deals coming up and you was working and what contracts will be awarded but that's not happening here and old STT doesn't mind a bit of insider dealing or ramping up of totally but because he got screwed here by his mates in the city Blackrock has a bug to bear with the company and it seems he's running a gang of non-shareholders or maybe shorter's to inflict as much damage as possible
