Why was the other dipstick brought back?


Did he know where the bodies were buried?

Will the new CFO disinter them?

Could be messy.

Agree 100% - he has had the opportunity from a very low share price and buyback gimme's..he has certainly talked the talk...November is show me the money.

If he delivers the numbers and profit - no gangster in the world will stop the momentum!

Sept Shares on Loan. down slightly on Aug, which could be 'on the expectation' of a decent H1 TU and outlook.
It would be interesting to see what they show for Oct, ie after the Sept H1 TU...

avg SoL is still relatively high compared to pre Yume deal being announced..

SoL:

Shares On Loan: since Nov, just before Yume acquisition was completed.
It is still more than double the avg % from last June, after fy 2017 results were announced and pre-BM departure and Yume announcements... and still 4x the avg % following the Perk acquisition...

I'm not saying that gloating was his intention, but speculating on a significantly lower share price is a tad insensitive. I'm keen to understand if the results reported were entirely false, or it's simply a case of cash being siphoned off and disguised via secret overdraft accounts. If it's the latter then investors may do better as the cash has been reinstated. If the former then all defends on what the real performance is. A fascinating case and scary as hell. The financials were rock solid ... no red flags to speak of.

CAKE is an interesting one..comments on secret overdrafts, overstated cash balances, FD arrested, winding up petitions going back 8 yrs - Major cash loans from LJ - ...

Still early days to see what actually transpires...



Remember what happened to 1R and the 'lack of clarity' ... It's nearly 5 yrs now and rthm still hasn't recovered, has it???.

rthm CFO leaving and no mention of cash... lack of clarity....


Obviously rthm rampers/traders/pump and dumpers love to give false hope, just before a TU... helps them make money.... ;-)

gowlane, if ever a post appeared designed to stir it with holders, the post of STT on the CAKE thread that I highlighted above was it. Most of them shell-shocked, wondering what had happened, no prospect of the share resuming trading in the near future. And along comes someone who appears not to have posted on the CAKE thread before that day and casually rubbishes the idea of it resuming trading anywhere near even the placing price.

Now even if that was a view genuinely held, what is the point of sharing it at that time on that thread?

I don't know what's worse, the thought that STT was acting deliberately to try to inflict needless further grief on most of the posters who would be reading the post. Or the thought that he is so lacking in empathy that actually it never crossed his mind that that might be the outcome and he was just trying to engage with someone in debate.

If Singer produces the figures and profit he promised in the November interim results - there will not be an algorithm capable of solving a lid on this SP!

If he does not produce the figures promised - then we can start tracking his behavior and the manner in which he attempts to steal our company....there will be contingency plans, at least that is my guess?
