Could the people borrowing be some of the holders locked in from the Yume deal? Would explain why there's no net short positions declared.

The problem is loaf that will be too easy to say and maybe a ramp! Normally when it goes up by a 10th of a point STT is saying there's been a huge swing in shorts strange he doesn't mention a huge fall or reduction when it goes the other way

Shares On Loan: since Nov, just before Yume acquisition was completed.
It is still more than double the avg % from last June, after fy 2017 results were announced and pre-BM departure and Yume announcements... and still 4x the avg % following the Perk acquisition...
We had 495K new shares issued around mid Aug.. Total issued: 78,515,863 ordinary shares..

Yep...Yume paid a special divi, just weeks before the Yume 'acquisition' was announced...Viex (Eric Singer's company) were a major shareholder of Yume...
I seem to recall the special divi was for around 1/2 the Yume cash.. need to check

The Yume/1R deal was then announced last August... which included $60m cash from 1R and the rest in shares. As of last Sept 1R had around $37m cash, so had to org a 'bridging loan' to make up the difference...

Once the deal was completed, 1R Execs 'resigned' and Yume execs took over...
Eric Singer is now Chairman of 1R.. 1R received any remaining cash from Yume..
1R have a $100m secured credit facility, with the bank having first charge over the business...

it's the IIs making the money.. whether it be arb trading or not...

Yume's shareholders, eg Viex already made a tidy sum from the Yume special divi... if the deal goes through, they will get a nice additional cash sum... oh and still have access to the current Yume cash...

Does it look like those IIs care about the ordinary PIs... what do you think????

No way on earth, digi, that they, or anyone else would offer a 400-450% premium on current sp! But, If a miracle were to happen and you were taken out, it would be more like at a 60-80% premium, max!

In my very humble opinion, of course.. this will drip down to zero, delist from the market -and be taken private by some very familiar names.. and not a penny back to the shareholders!

This is being preserved for the takeout.....a fine 6 months average of 20p is around the corner....x4 or 4.5 for the offer and wave bye bye to R1 imho....
Singer,activist shareholder?....every boardroom he’s invaded this last couple of yr has seen stagnation or valuation decline?.....there are some very poor examples out there of companies he’s totally in control of providing no returns to loyal holders......go look for yourself,search Viex capital and see some company valuations before his activist approaches then compare 6months/12 months after...

Show me the revenue and profit Singer.....that̵7;s all the market needs to put a match under this.....get the covers off instead of this paranoid vague on track reporting......or do you have other plans for our company?

Cheers Gowlane - that's a very measured view. I have no problems whatsoever with bearish views. Blatant deramping on the other hand is another matter. Sitting on my hands at the moment, watching and waiting. I won't add until I see clear direction. I should add, any positive news and this is gonna fly.
