07/9/2018 18:39 | For the last 2 weeks someone has been trading the OTC market and buying the corresponding amount over here. Approx 300K so far has been bought. The 15,083 tonight is there. I wouldn't be surprised if the 23,984 appears on Monday. Without a doubt a keen buyer in the market. | loafofbread

07/9/2018 16:53 | Emergency GP service in Somerset 'unacceptable' Out-of-hours GP services in Somerset are "unacceptable", the county's clinical commissioning group has said. Its chief officer said bosses had considered cancelling the supplier's contract, but had not done so due to fears of winter pressures. The service was rated inadequate by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in August following an inspection. Vocare, which runs it, has apologised for not meeting "standards expected" and said changes had been made. Read more | grahamwales
07/9/2018 16:53 | Norther Doctors , Vocare and Totally plc Dear NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group, When was northern doctors urgent care allowed to change from a community enterprise into a limited company branding itself as vocare? Was this change of structure approved by you as one of the contracting NHS parties? do any of your CCG members have a financial or conflicting stake of involvement with vocare? The takeover of Vocare by a listed company (Totally) may have financial risk implications. Have you reviewed your contracts with vocare to manage possible risks from this takeover? What was the outcome of your reviews. Have you considered the impact of CQC concerns about some vocare group activities on whether your contract with them should be reviewed or terminated? "In the first half of 2017, following inspections by the CQC on many of Vocare’s services, a number of services were assessed as “require improvement” with the services provided under three contracts being considered by the CQC as “inadequate With the assistance of external consultants, Committed Network, and with support from Totally’s own quality experts, Vocare’s governance and assurance arrangements have been reviewed and a programme is in place to comprehensively restructure them. In the second half of 2017, a further two services have been inspected by CQC and, whilst Vocare is awaiting formal notification of the outcome from these CQC inspections, initial feedback has been positive. A total of five contracts that are managed by Vocare are subject to remedial action plans with the respective CCGs. They cover the NHS 111 services in Staffordshire and Somerset, Somerset OOH, the urgent care centres at St Mary’s, Paddington and New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton and the integrated urgent care services in South West London and Scarborough. Vocare is working closely with the respective CCGs and the NHS to implement the agreed remedial action plans in accordance with the stated recommendations and to improve service levels at these locations." Yours faithfully, Gillian Lansley hxxps://www.whatdoth Looks like that a lawsuit waiting to happen if five of are not up to scratch? football 5 Sep '18 - 10:23 - 5080 of 5118 0 2 3 Two star review Disorganised Call Centre Operator (Former Employee) – North East – 8 June 2018 Very busy environment regularly dealing with a large queue of calls from patients some of which very rude and often so due to the wait time involved. Management is disorganised to say best, often little to no communication between them and a very strict methodical approach amongst certain management almost to the point of micro management! hxxps://www.indeed.c After cancer and heart disease malpractice is the biggest killer in the NHS seems if your managers and the company don't get stuff organised soon can see plenty of patients filing claims here due to malpractice | grahamwales
07/9/2018 16:53 | That's one of your lots isn't it Potential problem waiting to happen I rang 111 at 2pm and a decision was made to go to market harborough for 4pm. We arrived at 3.50. Said my name and receptionist asked us to take a seat. 4 hours later I queried our stay. Receptionist had called our home number at 4.39 got no reply so took of list. !!WHY didn't she just call out my name to double check I was there. At that point not many in. I saw the nurse at 8.30. Thought it was muscular but couldn't rule out heart problem. Would need to go to LRI if wanted as no ecg at the urgent care place. Although the nurse was very good.DO NOT RECOMEND as receptionist procedure could be life | grahamwales

07/9/2018 15:29 | STT, no I mean the locked in holders borrowing more shares. So they can sell before the expiry date, then just return the locked in ones to the lender later. I know they're meant to have signed up to it but share price hasn't exactly performed well since the deal and some may have panicked, or just had a change in circumstances. I would have thought it's retail brokers doing the lending, despite what they might tell you. They won't care what impact it has on the share price. | andydangerous
