No doubt Barky is up to some mischief and will turn up again like a bad penny.

Looking back here over the past year or so, Eric Singer was such a crafty operator, extracting $100m from the combined outfits, all going straight into the pockets of YuMe shareholders of course.

He may have thought that 1R management had become too complacent with that cash buffer, like a horse that figures out it is going to get well fed anyway, whether or not it tries really hard to win the race.

Now we have the classic situation where a business with a terrible reputation meets a new management team with a good reputation (or so it is claimed), we will just have to wait and see which reputation remains intact at the end of the day.

Having a look at this share. Extremely undervalued imo. The market has this wrong. I am expecting a rerate after reading last set of results.Good luck
