19/4/2018 20:39 | precinct, For fy 2017, Barky wasn't the only one claiming 1R were making a profit.. So did football, despite 1gw & I pulling him up on it... football18 Jan '17 - “Even at less than a $400 million price tag [Rubicon’s market cap] so what price 1R with money in the bank and now making a profit? 1gw18 Jan '17 Football, you need to asterisk and footnote your profitability word when you make a statement like that! As far as I can see, 1R is likely to be profitable only in "adjusted EBITDA" terms this year. football18 Jan '17 1gw it's all smoke and mirrors with 1R but even at break even and money in the bank we still seem cheap to Rubicon sikhthetech18 Jan '17 football, they are not currently making a profit... 1gw is right.. why are you trying to pull a fast one.... football18 Jan '17 is a profit with an "adjusted EBITDA" a profit or not in the eyes of the market? | sikhthetech
19/4/2018 20:21 | BARKBOO 19 Apr '18 - 08:34 - 4484 of 4529 Did I mention they have been in real profit since Sept 2016? Several times. But when challenged you've tried to brush it off as guesswork. Your early morning over-excitement today obviously got the better of any prudent instincts you might possess and you've put this out as fact- no mention of guesswork. No matter, I'm sure the company and regulatory bodies will be interested to hear this news. | precinct14
19/4/2018 19:53 | gl, good posts... "Is organic growth shrinking faster than we thought" - i think so... I think that was why they completed Yume 2 months ahead of schedule... | sikhthetech
19/4/2018 19:50 | fb, the Isa allowance for 2018-19 is £20k... @ 170p you would get approx 11000 shares... Unless you didn't own many beforehand, filing this year's Isa would not bring your avg down by the amount you are saying... football19 Apr '18 - 19:37 - 4528 of 4528 0 0 0 stt 2 full isa's plus some so not that hard to get your avg down with that is it! | sikhthetech
19/4/2018 19:37 | stt 2 full isa's plus some so not that hard to get your avg down with that is it! dare say getting into Totally at £1.75 doesn't help your avg seeing the share price is only 22.5p now and buying a few the other day won't help it much. | football
19/4/2018 19:35 | digi - I have two groups of shares - one's that are under review 'most' of the time and those that I am happy to hold and review annually or after exceptional news. RTHM has now been 'promoted'. I need 440p to break even, so when it reaches that level, I'll review it again, unless there's a bid in the meantime. Thrilled for all here that have kept the faith, looks like it's gonna be a good news story. | phil140158
19/4/2018 19:20 | fb, The share price has only been under 200p for about a month... You been buying huge quantities over the past month to reduce that avg then... Mind you being at breakeven after 10yrs is not bad...;-) football19 Apr '18 - 18:14 - 4525 of 4526 0 0 0 stt avg was 22p but buys @17p now avg well under 20p so your TOTALLY wrong again <...> | sikhthetech
19/4/2018 18:50 | EBITDA is anothe puzzle. They made $3m EBITDA in H1 and 1R was projected to make $4m in H2 according to the F4. At $7m EBITDA for the year (excl YuMe) that would have been a big miss as they had forecast $15m. So let us add $4m from YuMe, at the rate of $2m per month as per the F-4, which brings us up to $11m of EBITDA. But they found another $3m from somewhere to be able to report $14m for the full year. Fair value revaluations again possibly? No doubt it is all in Ed’s secret accounting cook book. | gowlane
19/4/2018 18:32 | Footy - nothing that comes out of his mouth is the truth. I am sure I have seen him on cant pay take it away. What? you cant take the Jag - hang on, i'll pay next week..ok I'll give you the cash now. | barkboo

19/4/2018 16:19 | Lol now STT is a holder he can find good news to post about | football
19/4/2018 16:05 | Well, I kept the faith, and hope very much that this is the start of something bigger than it sadly has been for some while. Only needs to double now, and I'm in profit, lol. :) | andrewbaker
19/4/2018 16:01 | A mixed bag you might say but it could have been worse, generating a rare euphoric reaction this morning. Some decent cash generation from operations if there is no trickery involved. But is organic revenue shrinking faster than we thought? They needed $149m in H2 to make $263m for the full year. But they must have come in $8m short at $141m. That is a 5.7% miss over 6 months. Could it be the new IFRS is hitting them as it is strict about recognising revenue, the impact of the Dataxu affair or just straightforward ongoing shrinkage of historic revenues? Probably a combination of stuff. The full year financials will tell us a lot more. | gowlane
19/4/2018 15:58 | Will probably finish on the days highs ready for tomorrow’s buying | digitalis
19/4/2018 15:57 | There’s gonna be too much pressure going forward Jarvis I feel....there will be shinanigans backed up with lelout and chums but this should be unstoppable now.... | digitalis
19/4/2018 15:47 | Thankfully the company doesn't exist for just one day | dealy
19/4/2018 15:45 | As we head towards the close let’s see whether the bulls or bears win. Will it stay above 2.00? Will the full impact of the TU sink in? Will STT disappear up his own fundament? | jarvis4 |
