Small bright spot in that there was some ok buying into the close. I'm clutching at straws though really..just hoping it may have bottomed in the past few days.

I will tough it out as long as divi is still there, should be easier to maintain with the additional income but who knows... Sure is depressing action at the mo.

Yep it is a worrying looking chart . Hopefully not that there is inside info that worse news ahead. I am not selling at a loss , I prefer to watch my holdings sink completely without a trace.

After some tough correlation analysis I have concluded: RWI shares go down when the broader market is down and down when the broader market rallies.

Yes, can't blame you but always worth remembering that the current loss once crystallised has already happened, therefore you can only work from the current price point... If it fell from 50 to 40 you would only be losing the additional 25 percent... Personally I'm not expecting particularly good results but market cap, as you said earlier now carries no premium for the old SKS business as we are now trading at the value for the takeover of the other business, as always could go either way with no guarantees but traditionaly the management has done OK, directors were buying and there is some growth potential... Good luck and I hope your stop isn't hit.. For my sanity too lol.

Yes I'd be gutted to lock in a fairly hefty loss before the results which I'm expecting to be positive. Will be very concerning if this starts to trade with a 4 handle though and I've got to make the decision to preserve capital at some point.

Results next week.. Might be spike, appreciate you don't want to get in trouble with them but nothing worse than selling at the bottom, I would reduce at my Break even (56) but I'm not keen on selling at a loss, I don't believe all the bid nonsense but historically it's pretty low at the mo -)

I came within a hair's breadth of getting stopped out of these today. Not sure I'm going to be invested here for too much longer sorry chaps!

Was tracking this one while it was in the FTSE 250.
Normally when a company leaves the index there is a bounce when the trackers finish selling but that has not been the case here which leads me to suspect that there is something else going on.
I am keeping it on my watch list for the moment.

Doesn't seem like there's such a thing as a defensive stock anymore. There's a lot of private equity cash waiting on the sidelines..if there is a bid they will be able to get RWI at a great price. The question is do I buy more in anticipation of that..

cant fathom it myself. has been almost constant downward momentum since it hit a recent high of 85p. will we see the 40's before an offer is made? can be the only option at this rate imo.

Happy to be corrected, but I seem to recall that at the time of the merger the Van Gansewinkel group alone was valued at about 400 million. Either something has gone badly wrong with the combined group or the current price has fallen too far.

Certainly some volume today. Quite rare to go through 3 million and there were some monster prints in the auction.

US stocks are selling off even though companies are posting record profits.. that doesn't happen often and it's never a good sign.
