Exciting times for AZ , he's now doing the double , milking two LSE companies at once. Wonder if SYME shareholders feel excited about interim report due this Friday after what lies where wrote in 2022 interim report and at stated at the last AGM .

And as by magic the share price falls by 30% after a glimmer of hope that we hit the bottom in early morning trading , same game will be played out over the next few sessions , Google it , it's called a " soft Rug pull " theses guys learn this from crypto trading . They will drive this down to below 20p and just like they did with SYME will say anything and even put it in an RNS to suit their agenda which is robbing pi .

The perfect "Soft Rug Pull " in play here , tick up a few percent ( give pi hope that this is the bottom ) then another big percentage drop . Rinse Repeat . These guys are long in the tooth and know how to play this game , just look at SYME how they have pocket millions of pi funds .

I think Winnifroth may have missed something, when he wrote :

3. But the real issue was a valuation report provided by a tiny Milan firm, MadTax, justifying the initial £60 million market cap. Last year, excluding £300,000 of related party sales to Supply@ME Capital, Regtech saw its sales plunge by 40% to just over £700,000 and – naturally – despite capitalizing a stack of costs – it lost money. It was technically insolvent prior to the IPO and was shedding staff to cope with its sales shrinkage.. But MadTax said it was worth £60 million based on – unstated – future projections.

If you go to

last page of the 5page pdf lodged 24 August 2023 [ie the day before dealing started], you will find a copy of MadTax's letter re the valuation.

This states that

.."The Consideration [of £ 60 million] was assessed by the Company's directors using an equity approach that took into account the assets transferred, including the Open Orbit Platform, and an income approach that considered the development of four business lines forming part of the transferred Business unit and related scenarios, and assessed the likelihood of the realization of the plans using a conservative approach.."

Shades of the SYME Prospectus, where the £ 200m+ valuation was based on SYME Italy's assets and business plan, plus the intellectual capital of the Board....!!

MadTax merely agreed that this valuation was 'reasonable in the circumstances'


Truly 'an enterprise of great advantage, but none to know what it is.."

Think the penny has dropped here as to who is behind thIs company and what skullduggery he and mates got up with SYME to help fund the set up of RTOP . Just read on SYME BB horrible lies that where not just told in podcasts but in RNS as well .

60m shares at 240p gives a market cap of £144m. For a firm that lost £1.5m last year...

Has anyone got any idea of future prospects, as I can't see any in the prospectus? Would be good to know how quickly they expect to grow from the 19 clients at IPO.

Looking at the buys so far very little pi money put into this, it had risen on hardly any volume.Would imagine most who have bought could sell for some profit at the moment aswell.Interims end of month lets see if any news is delivered with the abysmal figures.

We don't know what news we will get next on the games AZ is playing, but what I know is he played the new game of gentle Rug Pull , anyone will basic chart reading skills can see it as plain as day with out haven't even followed the last three years of P&D ramping that AZ did. And he will do it here in RTOP and the honest pi will be none the wiser.

How is this going up on thin air ? Couple of grand of buys adds 20 million to the MC ! What games is AZ and his merry men playing here ? Looks like he's got a sore of income and has abandoned SYME !
