Woops someone taking note , we got are first trade of the day , ok it might be only 50 shares but it's a trade and by L2 we know who it's was . You can fool some of the people some of the time But not all of the people all of the time .

Note no buy nor sell today . Could the FCA be on to this and who ever the bucket shop was has stop with the small trades that were all part of the SOFT RUG PULL . This Master plan of a second company might be the down fall of the whole LSE listing SYME included .

Customer service ! Dear lord , Rtop hasn't got any customers , it's never done anything business , only company on its books is it's lost making sister company SYME who's ceo is the major shareholder in Rtop , in fact he set Rtop up using SYME money., hence SYME share price down 97.89% with 8.5 billion shares missing .

Alessandro SCAMBONI role as a major shareholder likely plays a significant role in shaping #RTOP's direction and priorities..You 100% right there, look at the share price , now in the 40s , he will not stop till the teens " Soft rug pull " it the game he's playing mirror image of SYME. Only thing that will stop this is the FCA stepping up to the mark . Sorry for AZ victims that bought right up to 3 pounds. .

For those among us who believe in doing thorough research before passing judgment, I'd be interested in hearing your insights regarding the impending Sox 404 requirement for companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and its connection to RTOP.

TBH, if I were a UK listed firm considering how to address the looming SOX-lite provisions in the UK, I would engage an existing provider in this space. So, I'd first turn to my lawyers or accounting firm for advice (BDO, PWC, Deloitte, etc...), and having undertaken a gap analysis, if they concluded we had a reporting obligation (and couldn't implement something internally), then I'd turn to an established player in the market (like A-LIGN or AuditBoard). Not a new entrant to the market with 19 clients. Do you have any case studies you can share with client testimonials?
