Just noticed the nominal value of the shares is 20p. So they won’t be able to have a fund raise unless there is a capital reorganisation of the shares….

He was going to sell shares in the company to lend the money to the company which the company would then owe him. He is at least honest if nothing else. Brazen but honest.
