18/2/2011 13:31 | Furthermore, think about why you can't sell in bulk | mchugh01
18/2/2011 13:29 | 'now if they have something lined up who knows where the share price can be' why should the gains be so good? better prospects when they get more money in IMO | the_doctor
18/2/2011 13:29 | oops. not sure what happened there...... | mchugh01
18/2/2011 13:26 | Look guys I have had this checked out twice. Because I saw "Regen" shares were trading this morning I rang iii to find out and asked them to check wioth threir dealers. TI then asked them to double check with ADI and they stated that ADI would be up and running next monday. I said to iii that if I bought shares they would be in Regen and they, quite categorically, said " yes". I asked why they are still selling and it was a case of " dunno" but they have checked with ADI. They have Shares to offload so if you want Regen Newco shares then I was informed that "yes" you can still buy them. DO NOT SHOOT THE MESSENGER BUT CHECK WITH YOUR BROKER RATHER THAN NOT WHAT YOU THINK BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL EXPERTS. | mchugh01
18/2/2011 13:18 | The way i see it if someone bought today they would be buying into ADI and because it's a 3 day trade you would miss out on the free rgt shares, so that person would be buying into an investment company with 1.5m to spend with a MC of 1.5m if it drops to 0.5p....now if they have something lined up who knows where the share price can be..ALO had no money but a couple of guys came on board and raised 2m they have signed 5 licences and have a holding of 10% in CHC....you can buy in RGT/ADI now for 0.54 so if you think this will be higher in 12 monthe time then it's a good investment...if i am way off please post....ALO now has a MC of 8m | fenseal3
18/2/2011 13:02 | greedfear, you puzzle me at times, as the past few days you were chomping at the bit looking to buy and now you are complaining because you cannot sell at a loss. Or is that you just wanted shares in Newco and don't want a holding in ADI. | mike111d
18/2/2011 13:00 | They most likely wont buy from you at 0.5p because the NAV of the ADI business is less than that | the_doctor
18/2/2011 12:54 | Yes, I did, hours and hours ago! But what's the use of having a MM on he bid at 0.5p that simply won't buy? Not even 50k..... Frustrating.... | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:51 | It looks as though a few managed to sell at .5p earlier today. | mike111d
18/2/2011 12:50 | Not much chance of dropping if you're only allowed to buy but can't sell! | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:47 | if only i was in London then Thought this would of dropped more | g555
18/2/2011 12:41 | but they did by writing in capitals. | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:40 | NOONE EVER GOT RICH THROUGH CLARITY... | deanroberthunt
18/2/2011 12:40 | And I'm starting to believe that MM's are giving me the royal f. Why is it that I haven't been able to sell 1 single share at 0.5p for hours in a row now? Makes me sick..... | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:35 | I am starting to believe that a lot of money can be made out of the confusion surrounding bonus issues, (de)mergers, open offers etc. etc. :) | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:30 | Offcourse they can. Today's RNS: "The Company has today placed 300,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.5 pence per share (...) dealings in these shares will commence on 18 February 2011. " | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:27 | 'RGT holders can sell their ADI shares, but new ADIers like Iain cannot, this is wrong imo' really? can Iain not?? are you sure? | the_doctor
18/2/2011 12:22 | Todays RNS: "Reduction of Capital The reduction of capital, being the cancellation of the 'B' ordinary shares issued pursuant to the bonus issue on 15 February 2011 and corresponding reduction of the Company's share capital in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006, as detailed in the Circular, became effective on 17 February 2011." So: the reduction and cancellation of B shares took place yesterday. The circular: "However, the 'B' Ordinary Shares will be cancelled as part of the Reduction of Capital and the capital thereon repaid to Shareholders by the transfer of NewCo Shares." It's clear: yesterday's shareholders will receive Newco shares as payment for the reduction of B shares. | greedfear
18/2/2011 12:19 | This was a way for the BOD to get paid and for ADI to get a listing on the cheap, all IMO and please DYOR. | mike111d
18/2/2011 12:18 | I agree with GF McHugh. The last day for trading RGT shares was yesterday. The RNS confirms this. These are ADI shares that are being bought and sold. This is a very strange situation, RGT holders can sell their ADI shares, but new ADIers like Iain cannot, this is wrong imo. The shares should have been suspended until they were in a position to change the old RGT to the new ADI and issue the 300 million new shares. | robandkerry
18/2/2011 12:17 | as per previous comments I've had it confirmed that selling today gets you NewCo shares still BUT, that's not advice! dyor volsung - RGT's disaster was long ago. This is simply a cost-cutting exercise. The company is still going and in much better shape than a year ago | the_doctor
18/2/2011 12:10 | Good money to be made there dean :) | volsung
18/2/2011 12:10 | I just short every one at IPO Volsung..... | deanroberthunt |
