Mchugh- Shares traded today ARE IN FACT ADI shares (still named as Regen PLC!! to be renamed Alex Dav Inv very soon [monday?]

So offcourse they are being traded as Regen PLC because they still are Regen PLC shares. Once renamed ADI the shares bougth today become ADI as well [monday?].

Don't scare people unnecessary.....the people that held RGT PLC yesterday are the ones that will get the RGT LTD(!) shares.

Edit: I'm typing somewhat slower....but I confirm what the doc states. It's all very clear.

lean - I disagree. The current shares have the ticker RGT, but relate to the ADI business. That seems perfectly clear to me from the RNS/documents

NewCo has been demerged and holders as per yesterday will get shares in that.

Some people are concerned as to what the trades are today. It ghas been suggested that, although the ticker says Regen, they are in fact ADI shares.

I have checked up and they are still being traded as Regen. Tyhe one caveat is that you do not get any more shares in ADI. They are solely Regen shares.

Adi come on line next monday.

Anybody else is free to check out woth their borkers.

Adoption of Investing Policy
"The Company is now classified as an investing company, pursuant to AIM Rule 15,
under the terms of which the Company has until 20 February 2012, being 12 months
from the date of this announcement, to implement its investing policy, as
detailed in the Circular. Otherwise, trading in the Company's shares would be
suspended at 7:30 a.m. on 21 February 2012. The Company would remain
provisionally suspended for six months, following which, if it would remain the
case that the Company fails to undertake a reverse takeover or otherwise
implement its investing policy, it would be proposed to cancel the admission of
the Company's shares with effect from 7:00 a.m. on 21 August 2012."



What sort of confidence does this inspire to shareholders. Basically it authorises them to squander 1mio over the next 2 years and close down the company 6 months after. This is most unusual....how can they print a time - frame/statement like this if they were that confident of of success? Or perhaps they've already decided the company's outcome and are letting shareholders know in advance !
