17/2/2011 20:15 | To all of you who are still holding I wish you all the very best for the future and hope that you will realise some value via the new limited company at a later date. | mike111d
17/2/2011 19:09 | FAO Mchughi. Seen this re Rockhopper?. I do not have a holding. Rockhopper Exploration (RKH) [278p/£717.35 million] The North Falkland Basin oil and gas exploration company announced exploration well 14/10-3, located eight kilometres to the north west of the Sea Lion oil discovery, was drilled to a total depth of 2,830 metres. The well was designed to explore the northern lobe of the Sea Lion fan feature and is the first to be drilled in that area. The well encountered good quality reservoir from 2,425 metres to 2,535 metres in a sequence of four main sandstone intervals, encouraging news for Rockhopper. Further technical work will now be undertaken to determine the likelihood of oil being present elsewhere in the northern Sea Lion lobe and the likely contribution, if any, of this well to any commercial oil development on the Sea Lion feature. | share_shark
17/2/2011 18:37 | It would be good if someone who made a significant buy or sell in RGT since 14th Feb could confirm whether they got the NewCo shares and warrants as expected. There has been considerable confusion and would improve one's knowledge on such matters for the future. | garyble
17/2/2011 17:30 | Fellow Regen shareholders, I'ld like to setup a website where we can meet privately without any interference from non-shareholders. We can discuss ideas, plans, goals etc. etc. there. Maybe we can setup our own 'trading' platform there for Newco shares so that we're less reliable on what happens within the Jenkins 'black box'. I trust that the Newco BoD, Gen, Dante and we can make a success story out of CLN. Not much needed to become profitable, dividend paying and/or a take-over object or a listed company again. Have to go, dinner..... I'll be back! :) | greedfear

17/2/2011 16:35 | Well, we'll have to agree to disagree, R&K with regard to RegenNewCo :). o/t R&K - are you on the hve bulletin board? or any others for that matter. Well guys. It's been an interesting few years on this board. Hopefully made some good cyber pals along the way, even those I have crossed swords with on the few times. No malice whatsoever from my point of view. In the words of Arnie, Regen's new motto: "I'll be back" | mchugh01

17/2/2011 16:30 | I agree McHugh, and you are getting the shares in ADI for free anyway so its all a bonus if you look at it that way. But im looking at it from the point of view that RGTnewco is going to fail, and your only chance of getting back some of your investment is with ADI. | robandkerry
17/2/2011 16:30 | And that's that! No end dump. | greedfear
17/2/2011 16:27 | R&K I think you are at crossed purposes. No one, I assume, on this board is really interested in the new ADI company. It is a bonus if something comes of it. Most, I assume, are in it for for RegenNewco. | mchugh01
17/2/2011 16:27 | smcl Yes you will get warrants for shares you owned until the 14th.Feb | share_shark
17/2/2011 16:25 | yes greedfear | doorway
17/2/2011 16:24 | It makes no difference what the placing price is, your holdings are going to be diluted 4 times. If the company makes a profit, you are going to have to share that profit between 389 million shareholders instead of 89 million, thats over 4 times as many. No im wrong there, its just under 4 times, as you would have had to share it with the 89 million anyway. :) | robandkerry
17/2/2011 16:19 | It's changed. Meaning? 17th feb close is the moment. Right? | greedfear
17/2/2011 16:17 | ok spoke to broker again and its changed, they are useless | doorway
17/2/2011 16:17 | You've got no integrity whatsoever, am not going to respond to you any more. | greedfear
17/2/2011 16:15 | BUT...what you're forgetting PURPOSELY is that the shares are placed at 0.5p. So dividing the current share price of 0.75p by 4 is absolute nonsense and you KNOW that!!! | greedfear
17/2/2011 16:13 | FOR THE BENEFIT OF GF. Further to the announcement made on 12 January 2011, the Company announces that at the High Court hearing that took place on 16 February 2011, approval for the reduction of capital was granted.
