1. use JP jenkins first quote as a marker and

2. fix ADI share price at 0.5pps as fair value.

You will double ADI and RGN shareholders profit if they trade above these prices in say 1 year time.
If you are not sure and lack the courage to back up your words, just shut up and move on....................LOL!!!

so what's changed apart from the name......don't be surprised if it goes on to lose 99% of its value again...in fact pretty much nailed on.

fair value is more like 0.05p.

The only thing that confuses me is why anyone would pay more than 0.4p/share for the ADI business, given that's all the asset value is worth even before allowing for further dilution

After running costs etc. the company at present will need to make huge gains just to restore the price paid.

I have no ADI shares....(tick), but I am able to trade with my old holding, that now states is 90% down.........tick?


RGT dont exist lean, its now a private Ltd company.

The shares in your account are ADI shares.

RGT.L AIM traded shares are the ADI business
They're just under the RGT ticker, that's all
It's possible they remain under that ticker - I dont know how easy it is to change?
