They were able to go into an ISA when they were listed on AIM (for a very brief period as AIM shares up to a few years ago could not be put into an ISA)

You cannot have unlisted shares in an ISA.

We know someone is buying the shares, question is, are they new entrants or someone topping up and possibly bringing their average price down????

Not really bothered but nice to see shares exchanging hands with the share price rising

i was just thinking about it, if you were putting new money into the company now, with a share price of £220, the dividends that are being paid at the moment give a much better return than you'd get from a savings account.

Checked website this morning, both the two batches of shares at £210 & £220 are now under offer...roll on the news

Wtbh i would have thought we may have had an update in Jan like previous years, alas that has not been the case.

Year end has arrived and we now wait our yr end report, normally in May.

Twodegrees...what about the NHS!!!!!!!
My gp referred me to see a surgeon last May, he wont see me till i have a scan and a nerve conduction test..6 months wait there....then prob anothero see the surgeon.

So you are right cash, jump the que!!!!!!

Philmiboots I was unfortunately called 4 screws..as I had four screws inserted into my spine...but psychologically I became unstable...as I had another operation and now have 6 screws...so changed THE NAME TO TRY TO FORGET ABOUT THE SCREWS. i HAVE BEEN HOLDING FOR WELL OVER 12 YEARS. NOW

Lots of money was made by many investors 15 years ago when the share price multi folded at a multiple of 42.

erm, twice a year the board give a share price indication as well as a report about the company. How much more often do you think they should be doing it?

And the 15 are under offer

I can see on Ref sharepage that there is now an offer for 15 shares possibly at £220, i await to see site updated.
