I guess they will never re-list again. Even talking of reducing the number of shares and share holding yet again through share cancellation. Seems smaller holders will be forced to accept cash for the few shares they still hold.

I had been prepared to buy more ref to bring my av b/e down.

But i must admit although Co is obviously doing well, i was put off making my purchase, mainly to the fact that it is very hard to deal the shares.

Relisting ??????

As for hawk, still in there, thought we would have been 14p as a base by now.
AGM for them on Monday, hopefully news to be released and shortly afterwards prod figures......you still in there???

the reults appear to be good, except not being able to get a good price for any shares as the spread is so wide. you still hawking.

Already had the report through the post, weeks ago.

i was expecting news of voting & record & payment date for divi.

And any other bit of news they wanted to share to us, good or bad.

Still no drums a beating, nor nowt on the grapevine or Web Site.

Expected something by now for those shareholders that could not attend the AGM because of other commitments....Come on BOD do your deed!!

Thats my point we have great figures and a positive outlook and yet no comments /debate . everyone must be content lol.

I was going to the AGM myself , but cant make it due to my own personal commitments .
However i'm pleased the BOD mentioned me in dispatches ....

I am looking at arranging a visit or two to the factory followed by/ including meeting at least 2 of the BOD . So if anyone is interested you can contact me on the following

Don't see much to debate - company seems to be going in the right direction with a BOD commited to growing the business.

I suppose an interesting question would be if the business continues to grow and become more attractive how would they look to maximise shareholder value.

Maybe re-listing (to help with the buying / selling of stock) or selling up.

Was hoping to ask that question at the agm but something has cropped up and it doesn't look as though I'm going to be able to make it.

Well i was just sitting back being a lurker for a while to see what the debates would be about .
I'm very surprised at the lack of activity on the BB , especially after such a cracking set of results and the promise of more to come from our BOD.

I noticed in your header that you have added some numbers about the geographic location of shareholders. You might have done it a while ago and I just missed it.

From the numbers you have received from Reflec PLC it would seem that there are indeed more individual shareholders in the South than there are in the North (excluding nominee accounts) which rather nullifies the argument of the mouthpiece when he whinged on about the validity of the BOD decision to hold the agm in the London.
