28/5/2014 19:30 | I guess they will never re-list again. Even talking of reducing the number of shares and share holding yet again through share cancellation. Seems smaller holders will be forced to accept cash for the few shares they still hold. | johndee
28/5/2014 19:25 | 4 screws I had been prepared to buy more ref to bring my av b/e down. But i must admit although Co is obviously doing well, i was put off making my purchase, mainly to the fact that it is very hard to deal the shares. Relisting ?????? As for hawk, still in there, thought we would have been 14p as a base by now. AGM for them on Monday, hopefully news to be released and shortly afterwards prod figures......you still in there??? | philmac56
28/5/2014 15:55 | the reults appear to be good, except not being able to get a good price for any shares as the spread is so wide. you still hawking. | 4screws
27/5/2014 14:55 | 4 screws Already had the report through the post, weeks ago. i was expecting news of voting & record & payment date for divi. And any other bit of news they wanted to share to us, good or bad. EDIT EDIT EDIT Details are on the ref website now | philmac56
27/5/2014 12:44 | Still no drums a beating, nor nowt on the grapevine or Web Site. Expected something by now for those shareholders that could not attend the AGM because of other commitments....Come on BOD do your deed!! | philmac56

20/5/2014 17:49 | Hi phil / pool Thats my point we have great figures and a positive outlook and yet no comments /debate . everyone must be content lol. I was going to the AGM myself , but cant make it due to my own personal commitments . However i'm pleased the BOD mentioned me in dispatches .... I am looking at arranging a visit or two to the factory followed by/ including meeting at least 2 of the BOD . So if anyone is interested you can contact me on the following reflecsag@hotmail.co Its worth a visit and all ideas and comments would be welcomed .. | man1
19/5/2014 12:23 | man1; Don't see much to debate - company seems to be going in the right direction with a BOD commited to growing the business. I suppose an interesting question would be if the business continues to grow and become more attractive how would they look to maximise shareholder value. Maybe re-listing (to help with the buying / selling of stock) or selling up. Was hoping to ask that question at the agm but something has cropped up and it doesn't look as though I'm going to be able to make it. | upthepool
19/5/2014 10:54 | Hi man 1 Well the AGM is looming!!!! I wonder if the gang will have a representation there?? Possibility of an update at where we are at now? You attending? I cant work commitments. Take care all | philmac56
19/5/2014 10:04 | Hi ALL , Well i was just sitting back being a lurker for a while to see what the debates would be about . I'm very surprised at the lack of activity on the BB , especially after such a cracking set of results and the promise of more to come from our BOD. | man1
15/5/2014 19:19 | Villey How / where did the person get your tel no from!!!!!! Contact the co | philmac56
15/5/2014 17:20 | Someone just phoned my wife and instructed her in a very terse manner how to vote at the agm! Not impressed! | villyvilson
11/5/2014 20:46 | If you disagree with short selling, sign the e petition | philmac56
08/5/2014 09:42 | philmiboots; I noticed in your header that you have added some numbers about the geographic location of shareholders. You might have done it a while ago and I just missed it. From the numbers you have received from Reflec PLC it would seem that there are indeed more individual shareholders in the South than there are in the North (excluding nominee accounts) which rather nullifies the argument of the mouthpiece when he whinged on about the validity of the BOD decision to hold the agm in the London. | upthepool
08/5/2014 07:08 | Phil Not really if you are a shareholder, you like me will have a report. You will then see for yourself what i have seen!!!! And commented on!!! You one of the gang???? | philmac56
07/5/2014 22:16 | Philmac56.... Care to expand/theorise, given the various published share trades, on your comment 1419 above? - "Looks like two of the BOD have increased their holding, and the EBT holding has decreased" | philmiboots
07/5/2014 20:01 | My problemwith the report, is thst the print is too small. I intend to email the Co. | philmac56 |
