China Energy Storage Network News: 1. Tender conditions

According to the Xiangyang Municipal Bureau of Finance Government Procurement Office "Xiang mining preparation [2017] XM0714" government procurement plan record form requirements, Wuhan Xindi Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. by the Xiangyang City Economic and Information Commission commissioned to Xiangyang City, Liquid storage battery power station PPP project advisory service agencies selected for public tender.

2 . Project overview and service content

2.1 Project Overview: The project of all-vanadium flow battery storage power station construction scale of 100MW / 5000MWh. Energy storage system through the transformer access 35kV bus, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion. The project is to be built and operated by the government and social capital cooperation (PPP) model. An experienced PPP consulting organization is required to assist the implementing agencies of this project to complete PPP investment.

2. 2 Services: According to the operation of PPP mode to provide the whole process of consulting services, including the PPP project identification, project preparation and project procurement and other advisory services.

2.3 procurement budget: about 800,000 yuan.

2.4 Duration of service: The date of signing of the advisory service agreement until the government side and the social capital side to sign "PPP project agreement" so far.

2. 5 service requirements: in line with the existing national standards, regulate the mandatory provisions.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidder has the conditions prescribed in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;

3.2 bidders must have a valid business license; bidders have entered the "Hubei provincial government and social capital PPP consulting service agency library" (E fiscal bliss [2017] 3) directory;

3.3 The bidder for nearly two years (2014, 2015) in good financial condition, no loss, to be provided by the accounting firm audit identified financial audit report.

3.4 Bidders for nearly three years (subject to the date of signing the contract, since the deadline for submission of 36 months before the same) at least one independent undertaking and infrastructure services in the field of PPP (including BOT, TOT and other models) project consultation Similar performance of the service;

3.5 The person in charge of the project shall be qualified as a national registered consultant, and shall be the employee of the unit and have a labor contract and proof of social security payment from January to February 2017;

3.6 bidders in the past three years without bribery criminal record;

3.7 The bidder is not listed in the Supreme People's Court of the de facto creditor's information is listed as a dishonest person, not included in the list of major tax law cases, government procurement serious illegal acts of dishonest r

owenski I doubt any one on here is interested in the verble D comimg from your mouth, you are clearly not researching and know nothing of the stock, I dont understand idiots like yourself, not invested not researched and no brains.......you and your friends may have encouraged a few to sell, but are making an oppertunity for others to buy, keep posting by the way the BB has never had as many hits, you are clearly drawing attention to the stock and when those lookers research they will buy....good boy !! so if you have intention to buy I would do before those you have drawn here do....

That's a 100MW/5000MWh system that someone has been tweeting redT about, some big tenders there if you look.

We have £15 million cash, overheads around €4.5 million, that considered we haven't burnt hardly any of that cash since cash raise. A VRFB manufacture that's cheapest in market and not disputed, fully outsourced manufacturing, would suggest we are in serious bargain territory today.

spoole: Everybody is entitled to there opinion and so may take a negative or positive view about a company's potential based on whatever information they have, and their own interpretation of the fundamentals. But you seem to be bad-mouthing this company without giving any explanation or basis.

So precisely what aspect of the business model has convinced you that this organisation has no future?

And please give us your detailed cashflow calculations to justify your claim that they will be coming with a cash call shortly.

spoole: Perhaps you could elaborate on your statement that today's RNS was desperate stuff. Please explain what is desperate about it. The Gigha community discovered, after taking delivery of the batteries, that they didn't really need them after all. That's not RedT's fault, but RedT have found an alternative use for them. So why are so many people suggesting that this is a huge failure on the part of the Company?

Yes it's unfortunate, but it doesn't say anything at all about the reliability of the product.

This is becoming painful, i'm amazed how people still come to fall far these sorts of stocks long term, yeah as a short term trade but 90% of them fail long term. Today's rns was desperate stuff, and was treated as such by the market.

The Gigha units were paid for with a grant from DECC.They belong to Redt and the original stake holders have agreed to relocate to Cornwall to complete the trial.
Better to go with another energy company and complete the demonstration.
I don't see any major problem except the delay.
