Ok so , say, the Netherlands Government don't know about Vanadium large battery.That's where we are :but suddenly they do know all about it.They install intelligently and quickly what do they achieve by 2020.? In particular do they hit their target?

I thought the point was that Jabil are manufacturing the units with no recourse to Red's working capital? So Red just gets the profit?
