15/10/2018 18:30 | Thanks Gerd212. Could be you're right. I've just looked at the Anglian site and read the old news about the order for RED. Don't think I've read it before but obviously have seen reports about it elsewhere. The thing that struck me is the commitment Anglian seems to have to RED's technology. It seems like they are not treating this as a look see to see if it works, more of a pilot project to get the template in order to expand it into other areas of their empire. hxxps://media.anglia Plenty to come from that area I reckon and Welsh Water will be fully aware of the project. And who know who else will be there for Scott to network with. | mikemine
15/10/2018 18:27 | Look at their pipeline and what has actually been done, yet this was to be a loss maker haha, think they got that wrong way round, redT is massive loss maker having sold one battery this year. Scott is busy lining his pockets at shareholders expense, nice work. | dogrunner11
15/10/2018 18:25 | Jeez, they’ve done more then redT yet ones worth £60 million and the other £1. I know which one I would rather invest in.... Link to Camco, they run it... | dogrunner11
15/10/2018 18:17 | Keynote presentation by Tony Harrington, Director of Environment at Welsh Water follow on opportunity after Anglian? | gerd212
15/10/2018 17:49 | It doesn't take much to confuse me these days but I cannot understand why Scott is presenting today at the 1st Wild West Wet Forum. I've googleg it and the Gw4 Water Security Alliance and can find no link to energy storage nor renewable energy come to that. It must be important for Scott to be there but it baffles me. Can anyone help me out here? | mikemine
15/10/2018 17:47 | where ever Charles Purshouse turns up you can always smell a rat, a big one at that... Charles Purshouse, Boulder.... do some digging | dlg3
15/10/2018 17:45 | Scott will be busy taking care of his own interests to be bothered with REDT !!! Remember this company, given away, but the directors happy to take it on, do you lot never wonder why???? | dlg3
15/10/2018 17:29 | That is 4 weeks gone by since the update on the German deal finance, I did say we would not hear anything for 3 months as soon as the placing was in the bag, watch this space, Scotty wants it this way, oh by the way watch out company employee,s post here, got there details logged.. they have nothing better to do!!! | dlg3
15/10/2018 17:24 | Share price down to 6.8p, does this look like a company that has justgot an order for over £500 million????? just goes to show the confidence the market has.... I liked it better when it had no orders, at least the share price was in double digits.. | dlg3
15/10/2018 17:14 | now who is ramping??? | dlg3
15/10/2018 17:13 | tradermel remember this post.. tradermel - 24 Oct 2017 - 10:59:19 - 3696 of 8275 REDT THE NEXT INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION "ENERGY STORAGE" - RED Nice to be over 12p today, and this time I am not trading this until at least 16p but I am hopeful of being into the 20's. 15/10/2018 14:05 | There is a Green GB week going on at the moment so there should be lots of links on different aspects of Green industry including finance. hxxps://carboncreden Greg Clark Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy wrote in the Telegraph about this Week and included this "That’s why, this year we set up a task force of senior financial experts to accelerate growth of green finance in the UK’s low carbon economy." recognising that the Green Industry will need appropriate finance. How true. There seems to be a bandwagon effect within industry at large to get moving on Green Energy in particular which I think we are seeing from some of the statement coming out of RED. I don't if its because I'm looking for it but everywhere I look I see articles on energy saving and increasingly on energy storage. | mikemine
15/10/2018 13:10 | From the Energy Storage Systems thread. Element “V” | gerd212
15/10/2018 12:40 | A few sells this morning, but the share price seems to be solid. | ts0mev
15/10/2018 12:04 | Brucie5, respectfully the post 2277 from jimflint this morning was pure scaremongering designed to discredit the business. If I wanted to read such trivia I'd listen to dog (and wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the same person) | ts0mev
15/10/2018 10:52 | Jim, I'm not suggesting otherwise. Just curious as to what exactly changed your mind, when as recently as October 5th you were still positive? Is that you hadn't previously done your DD, and now you have? And if so, what prompted that? The fundraise? And if there's something fishy here, why hasn't Schroders seen it and called it? Conspiracy theories are well and good, but we can all make them based on unanswered questions, from 9/11 to the Moon landing. But in the end, they can themselves raise more questions about their credibility than the accepted realities they seek to question. Don't get me wrong. I'd prefer a board with a diversity of views to one where contrary views are pushed out. So please stay with us and keep talking. Explain yourself! | brucie5
15/10/2018 10:38 | I'm just trying to do you blokes a favour. | jimflint
15/10/2018 10:17 | Yes I am also pretty heavily invested but have faith in Scott’s management skills. I don’t think he has let down to date: if and when that happens I reassess rapidly. Best of luck | gspanner
15/10/2018 09:38 | Gspanner: following since Camco days, yes, but not always owning the share. I am in now though, with quite a significant portion of my folio, which is why I'm always trying to listen to contrary views, including Jim's. For time being I am giving Scott the benefit of the doubt, not that it matters to him! The German utility deal is a company maker in itself. Were it to disappear, I might change my mind, as there is huge credibility invested in it. But I see no reason to, just because the share price has gone down on a fundraise. | brucie5
15/10/2018 09:37 | Re Posts 2272 to 2274 Lithium Battery company sale to a bigger company. I appreciate your comments that Lithium Battery companies are not flow machine companies with a big sales pipeline like Redt has. Nevertheless for me and maybe others too it helps me put a sense of reality into my expectations. I recall that there was a US flow battery company that had a huge order for its product destined for India that went bust before it was delivered or finalised a few years ago. To be fair perhaps it was in part due to Sunedison going bust. | greenmachine2
15/10/2018 09:22 | You can usually tell from the time posting... March 2018 for Jim. You have been at it since 2008 Brucie! | gspanner |
