jamonit "Most of what you post is drivel, and anything relating to technology or science is as scientifically illiterate as your grammar is illiterate."

"take a look inwards before you look out" DLG3 27/072018

but thanks all the same...

now I will show you the difference, but I did not know I was writing a novel, if I did I would have corrected my grammar.

I never wrote such a statement

I have never written such a statement

see the difference ???

Right, so over the weekend everyone will have the time to go over the AGM, also to peruse what has been said and printed in the media.Myself?, well I only see a positive, been a long haul, but looks like it's going to be worth it. I expect a pull back in the share price next week but this company should now be on the radar for more institutional/larger investors. Good luck to all holders, have great weekend!.

Good points about the cash needed for others to buy in...I hope some of the Financiers weren't watching the BBC News a while back. There was a bit about renewable energy storage saving the planet... it's very new, very needed and they probably were talking rubbish...who'd ever get a return from reliable, carbon free, cheap and profitable energy...lol...who needs energy anyway. My phone works when it's not plugged in. For example.

your quote does not relate to my statement......... " wrote is past tense " I never wrote such a statement, is past tense.

"Wrote" seems to be just for simple past tense. "Written" shows up a lot, but mostly shows up when the verb is passive or the subject is receiving the action (ex. The letters are being written). ... Present Perfect Continuous: I have been writing."

'written', not 'wrote'. Semiliterate as well. And if you must post, please note that you can edit a single post to add to it rather than clogging up the entire board with post after post.

jamonit

'Written' is the past participle: the book was written. 'Wrote' is just the past tense"

So seeing as I am talking in past tense then wrote would be the correct word...

"I never wrote such a statement."..... what you are saying is I should have written "I never written such a statement.".... now who is illiterate ????
