04/9/2020 07:31 | Sam66 - are you still out there? Are you still invested in NTG after REDD / NTG acquisition? | ttny2004
09/5/2020 07:54 | All IMHO DYORI hold no position in these but am evaluating various companies.Has anybody seen that possible bankruptcy of Hertz over in the United States? Traffic levels are very low according to various sources and so one expects accidents are low? | dandanactionman

28/2/2020 12:22 | Hey lads, they've changed the code back to REDD. Time to head back to the old board | zangdook
28/2/2020 11:46 | Very strange - iWeb is showing the price as 105 and won't let me trade. Nearly gave me a heart attack. | zangdook

25/2/2020 15:09 | Doesn't look like there's many shorts being settled... | largeronald
25/2/2020 10:36 | Gutted I bought into their growth story. Down considerably on my stake :-( | cokehookerscars
25/2/2020 09:35 | Sphere-that's a little wrong. Shorters have been very active since January, shorting NTG buying REDD and locking in the spread for an almost risk free trade (exc NTG getting bid for). This short will close when they settle the short with the new NTG stock I think the deal makes both companies less risky overall and looks pretty attractive. I've bought in post-deal | tr200g
25/2/2020 07:14 | Does anyone know the per share net debt figure in the combined company? | prokartace
24/2/2020 16:42 | Posted the disappointment on the REDD board when this merger news was announced. REDD standalone had strong recovery prospects. The merger is an absolutely reckless move by REDD directors and major shareholders who approved the deal. Alot of funds have sniffed the same and shorts are crawling all over this significantly higher risk proposition now. Short position has more than doubled (now 8.4%) only recently! That is a statement itself. | sphere25
24/2/2020 16:05 | Well there are advantages... one less CEO for example. | blobby
24/2/2020 14:54 | So Redde shareholders got 0.3669 NTG per REDD share. NTG is trading at 265, which is just over 97p per old REDD share. But REDD was trading at 105 on Friday. NTG shareholders get an interim dividend in January and a final in September. REDD shareholders got dividends in March and September. So this year, original NTG holders will get both dividends, but REDD holders will get only one. I can't avoid the feeling that the management have no respect at all for shareholders. | zangdook
24/2/2020 11:22 | Transfer back from Redde. | blobby
14/2/2020 16:00 | Oh yes I recall reading about that now. | cokehookerscars

14/2/2020 10:24 | It certainly feels like we've been shafted. Feel like a tool as I wasn't that enamoured with this company when a mate kept banging on about how good it was. I almost flipped a coin to decide whether to invest or not. Schoolboy error. My fault entirely of course. | cokehookerscars
24/1/2020 08:05 | Share price down but Stockopedia show this as bullish. Anyone able to explain that to a new kid on the block? | rustyspanner
