09/3/2024 13:57 | The last Reach saw the CEO ask whether some of these ventures are even called 'assets' If offered 'assumption of liabilities' for Kenya & ALR we should bite their hands off! The debt at plc level remains a hot topic -£1,000,000 CLNs at last count -£1,000,000 net trade creditors at last reporting date, current-year only -$1,000,000 owed to Kansai -£100,000 to Power Metal -£465,000 quarterly cash burn in last reporting period | dead duck resources
09/3/2024 11:35 | The header is being revamped somewhat. If RRR were offered $2 million for their Zimbabwe stake ( ALR ) AB would almost certainly grab it and leave the other holders to their own devices. In my view, if RRR could quickly get $5 million from DRC then equally so. Despite renewing licenses an offer of $1 million for 50% of Kenyan assets with RRR future costs of $1 million paid by the other party would be a case of biting their hands off. A takeover bid for Red Rock Resources PLC gets ever closer. | noirua
09/3/2024 09:06 | Yes and since the above post material things have changed at Red Rock which is why the proposition is different. Directors voted out/resigned Ability to dilute at will no longer Shareholders need to approve share issues Major shareholders pulling the strings at Red Rock Certain AGM resolutions voted down Andrew Bell up for re-election at next AGM New CEO or COO being interviewed - a potential big hitter Material Kenyan gold licences regained after dispute IPO of Aussie gold licences - a material event IPO of Elephant Oil which could be a material event Resource upgrades On ground drilling activity Legal dispute with Glencore deemed as positive Other IPO's upcoming etc etc. This is going a lot higher, the shares were 1.35p in Q1, recent broker note offered a conservative target of 1.6p and that was before the possible legal action against Glencore which could be worth tens or even hundreds of $m | kemche
09/3/2024 09:03 | Premium being asked for only 501,000 shares, eventually the illiquid nature of RRR stock will come into play than the share price will move up disproportionally (sic). | kemche
09/3/2024 09:01 | The only consideration that one may deem as positive concerning Zimbabwe lithium is the fact that Red Rock do not own 100%, outside parties (apparently UK persons) have invested decent sums of their cash at project level. The above means that scrutiny will be apparent and success demanded, one of these individuals has stated in another forum that if prospective buyer offered $50m for RRR licences they would reject the offer. The market is waiting on progress currently, some form of update must be due. | kemche
09/3/2024 08:56 | A couple of things to bear in mind.... Bell (RRR) has a good record in respect of winning injustice disputes overseas. The $7.5m cash is being held by a Para State company (deep pockets) not some Walter Mitty outfit, according to previous commentaries by Bell the money will be paid on receipt of a successful arbitration award outcome. AIM works in mysterious ways, note the slow rise so far, buyers at current levels should be well rewarded in due course therefore. This could easily propel through .20p (£6.6m m/cap) by Friday. DYOR etc | kemche
08/3/2024 17:34 | Corcel Bell, gone Kaintz, gone Parsons, gone Ainsworth, gone Shares up from .25p to 1.4p reached recently. See the difference in management quality, if only it happened to RRR | the_debt_collector
08/3/2024 17:10 | Noirua Is there any chance you could put one of these widgets in the header, not sure if it will allow you as a non premium member however. Link is on this website. Thank you. | the_debt_collector
08/3/2024 16:55 | Despite further fundraising on the horizon the gold price can be expected to propel Red Rock despite this. A sale of assets in the Ivory Coast is in the starting blocks and DRC is also in the driving seat looking slightly piddled off. Anyway, prospects have improved despite everything. Providing AB can do reasonable deals on the Ivory Coast assets and maybe Kenya this could just be the starting point of the third run-up since and including 2018. DRC cash and ELEP would be a bonus - Good Luck . | noirua
08/3/2024 15:05 | Norm continues being akin in species therein I see. Good boy. | kemche
08/3/2024 14:05 | Gold is on the move toward $2,200. | noirua
08/3/2024 09:16 | Oriole Resources about to move. 0.268p to buy. Market cap 9m. . The only gold share to have solid fundamentals on multiple fronts. 1) In the process of looking to sell its interest in Senela for anything between 10 to 20m. Oriole still keep a 2 percent royalty fee if they do. 2) Oriole new partner BCM recently sent them 2 royalty payments totalling 950K. 3) Another 4 million in exploration funding, and future resource-linked success-based payments from BCM. 4) Gold grades have been nothing but exceptional on the 90%-owned Mbe gold project in Cameroon where Oriole has the royalty deal with BCM. 5)Wapouze limestone (cement) exploration / partnerships 6) Ndom & Gamboukou lithium exploration / partnerships 7) Legacy assets - well overdue news about the Muratdere EIA. 08/3/2024 08:57 | April is the time that shares are issued to Directors and others under the 'SHARE INCENTIVE SCHEME' - would you believe it? | noirua
08/3/2024 08:17 | Yes it does. But just bide your time as I think there will be a new entry - imminently (and yes, that is how you use that word Ettie!). | kemche
08/3/2024 08:07 | Hi kemche, It took a long time to create that list and it needs updating. | noirua
08/3/2024 07:43 | I wonder what Norman has in store for us today? Yesterday the self professed knower of legal parlance told us that the word "THE" was an imperative no less. He is a serial mangler of the English language in species therein wherein who actually believes that he is quite the savant. He seems to be of the view that his spectrummy ramblings are those of a sage rather than a buffoon 4:38 16th Novembruary 1921. Therein. And mostly in species as norm. | kemche

07/3/2024 20:27 | Partly due to no cash, partly due to being technically insolvent. RRR did its money there a long time ago. They are waiting for the fat lady. | dead duck resources
07/3/2024 17:36 | There isn't anything new currently on Elephant Oil Corporation. The website is still Coming Soon. The filing has not been updated since November last. They are waiting for something. Probably partly due to being unable to supply enough cash to satisfy NASDAQ. | noirua
07/3/2024 15:42 | Norm is now pushing ELEP! One of the MOST intelligent posters out there. | kemche
07/3/2024 15:33 | It's forward buying in action. | kemche
07/3/2024 14:55 | I sincerely hope we are not seeing the forward selling, now ? 16/02/24 ?? | steveberyl
