The market is currently absorbing the last placing sellers, once clear the stock should continue it's re-rate ahead of the next announcement.

A couple of things to bear in mind....

Bell (RRR) has a good record in respect of winning injustice disputes overseas.

The $7.5m cash is being held by a Para State company (deep pockets) not some Walter Mitty outfit, according to previous commentaries by Bell the money will be paid on receipt of a successful arbitration award outcome.

AIM works in mysterious ways, note the slow rise so far, buyers at current levels should be well rewarded in due course therefore.

This could easily propel through .20p (£6.6m m/cap) by Friday.

The more you do researching this mess, the more certain you are that RRR will come out smelling of Roses.

Arbitration of the crooked deal had to be done in place of a CRIMINAL COURT case purely on the grounds of cost. Court case would not have been possible on basis of `THOUGHT` now RRR can employ a top legal team on a NO WIN, NO FEE basis and a TOP TEAM will have no difficulty offering their services based on the findings of ARBITRATION PANEL.

Glencore will of course have their finger on the pulse and be ready to go belly up, the ARBITRATION FINDINGS were absolute, Glencore legal advisors would not wish to fight RRR with a fully funded FRAUD CASE.

I cannot believe that researchers are bailing before we have had a chance to judge him by the exports. The Chinese New Year is just around the corner folks! The 5 Chinese buyers are not just going to sit there twiddling their thumbs waiting for the imminent arrival of the lithium. The mines in Cote D'Ivoire and Burkina Faso continue to produce the gold. Kenya onstream soon then onto the biggy - NBGC!

In the meantime royalties from Lemon and Mt Ida keep rolling in.

The specific wording was truthful, composed carefully and there is nothing there to be caught out on. The extract says that only company communications can be relied on in any degree of certainty (and even then they contain forward looking statements which by definition may differ from what follows), social media chatter is not a replacement for RNS announcements. Furthermore the second line was not predicting that no funds would be raised in the market (perhaps you missed the letter accompanying the GM notice that clearly stated the reasoning) instead it was to express the view that constant chatter regarding a dilutive placing acts to depress the price ahead of such activity and may mean it gets priced lower than otherwise should be. Ergo, it is bad market commentary. One must read the words carefully. Also try to bear in mind where a market has a clamouring for shares and unusually high liquidity it can be the case a placing takes place in response to pent up demand. The Company may feel an obligation to do so even if a cash call was not a priority. As for Johnson, he has been treated unjustly in my view, he too a recipient of bad market commentary
