25/7/2022 11:12 | Only the best for you kemche. A butler, but of course. | noirua
25/7/2022 11:10 | kemche, there should be a 100,000 available about an hour ago as I sold them for a £1 profit. May be I will regret it but would you add to the share count if there was lots of cash on its way? | greenpastures2
25/7/2022 10:43 | Does it come with a butler and private pool? | kemche
25/7/2022 10:35 | Some hotels in Kinshasa. I have to disappoint you kemche as the Marriot will only take a booking for up to 30 days. One would recommend the Fleuve Congo Hotel By Blazon Hotels, Colonel Tshatshi Avenue,119, Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It has an excellent rating and I would suggest a tour of the shoe shops very much recommended by a visitor to Gecamines who stayed recently. | noirua
25/7/2022 10:35 | Late 2 million buy printed. Big background buy order being worked prior to the imminency. No stock available. None. | kemche
25/7/2022 09:45 | We know for a fact that Ettie will not come back from DRC without the money after 7 weeks as he will sort it "for once and for all". It's not as though he was there for a 7 week jolly. How much does a suite at the Marriott in Kinshasa cost? In the meantime no stock available. "Imminent". | kemche
25/7/2022 09:15 | " Financial assets will consist of working capital supporting the operating assets, investment assets held for sale, and long term royalty and strategic holdings." Nice to get a definition of what working capital is lest people forget. Whoosh! "There has to be something in it for the subscribers, one assumes a few, if not all are insiders." There always has been as history will clearly reveal. | kemche
25/7/2022 09:13 | CLNs issued at a mere 12% prior to the imminent arrival of millions. Makes complete sense. GLA LTHers! I continue to average down. | kemche
25/7/2022 08:27 | I seem to recall the last time Red Rock issued convertible notes the share price had a nice run up to 1.2p region soon after. There has to be something in it for the subscribers, one assumes a few, if not all are insiders. It is a way of securing stock without breaking insider rules. | mininglamp
25/7/2022 08:23 | I did reduce my holding slightly to a fraction over 9.2m shares at 0.56p. The interest rate of this form of cash raised at 12% interest is at the top level: Despite the conversion price being slightly positive. The negotiating timetable being uncertain is a might disappointing. | noirua
25/7/2022 08:04 | Next to nothing available online early doors. | broken_arrow1
25/7/2022 08:00 | Follow the money, £650,000 raised at a premium with minimal dilution of equity + further hints of a excellent financial win in the Congo. | mrmcnee
25/7/2022 07:55 | The bid should get to 0.6p today. | captain_kurt
25/7/2022 07:40 | Convertible notes priced at a premium raises circa £650,000. Well this is encouraging indeed, convertible notes issued to high net worth investors convertible at a premium to the market and with warrants priced at .80p. In all only 108m shares to be issued via the CN.. One assumes the high net worth investors are insiders to the events concerning the Congo and clearly expect to see a strong rise in the share price shortly to profit. It seems a arbitration announcement is imminent, one assumes all parties will rule by it, if so Red Rock will get their Congo cash. | mininglamp
25/7/2022 07:24 | Taken from RNS 25 July 2022 - Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell states "As the Company pursues the first part of its compensation claims in the Congo, where it has obtained court judgments in its favour and awaits an imminent arbitration ruling... ----- ISSUE of LOAN NOTES: GB£367,000 of subscriptions for Notes are new subscriptions, and GBP256,000 are conversion of debt facilities. The Notes are being issued at par and are convertible into Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0001 in Red Rock at a price of 0.6 pence per share. Each Note has a denomination of GB£1,000 and is convertible into 166,666 new Shares in the Company. Conversion may take place at any time within 12 months of the issue date. Each Noteholder also receives 83,333 Warrants for each Note subscribed. Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for Shares at any time up to thirty months from the date of issue at a price of 0.8 pence per share. The interest rate on the Notes is 12% per annum, payable on maturity. The maximum number of new Shares that could fall to be issued upon exercise of all of the Notes is 103,833,333 and the maximum number of new Shares that could fall to be issued upon exercise of all of the Warrants (for additional consideration to the Company of GB£441,480) is 55,185,000. | noirua
24/7/2022 22:43 | Worth remembering that the $4.5m is just the tip of the iceberg of what is rightfully owed to Red Rock from entities in the Congo, one of which is financially well healed. Investing in AIM juniors is high risk but they can offer life changing financial rewards for those with the balls to bet against the consensus. In the case of Red Rock, under radar and under researched is most definitely a understatement. Red Rock is currently valued at £7m | mrmcnee
22/7/2022 15:33 | Ah, Ok. thank you for that. | algernon2

22/7/2022 10:23 | or In the attempt to find out why AB is referred to often on this board as Aunt Ettie, I googled the name and came up with 2 restaurants. I am guessing this is not the derivation of his nick name so can some kind person put this suffering shareholder out of his misery and advise where he got his Moniker from and why. Thanks, Algernon. | algernon2
22/7/2022 09:08 | kemche - 22 Jul 2022 - 08:39:52 - 12700 of 12704 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC - Information Thread - RRR Of course she could have been talking utter nonsense and that a possibility existed that I was just too stupid to understand. Make of that what you will. ---- You are never stupid #kemche just missing the straight man Torp, nothing else. | noirua
22/7/2022 09:02 | I personally tend to get my information and analysis from the LSE for the unvarnished and unadulterated news. It is renowned for the calibre of investors who post there. Make of that what you will. | kemche
22/7/2022 08:51 | Well Aunt Ettie (Bell) is exceptionally quiet, no Proactive interviews or Stockbox media which is surprising, tight lipped until all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed on all the Congo documents maybe. Noted that 'Mr Helpful' over on LSE (the alleged insider ML refers) seems very upbeat all of a sudden, declaring that the RRR buys he holds currently out of the money he expects to be in the money shortly. | grimreaper2019
22/7/2022 08:41 | Worth noting that the same fellow who got into a spat on the LSE BB was discussing the potential of RRR's Lithium proposition in Zimbabwe, he seems to think this recently acquired project could be listed as a separate vehicle or sold for a significant profit given recent Chinese buying of Lithium properties in country. It strikes me there is a lot going on behind the scenes that offers value way beyond the RRR's current market rating. | mininglamp
22/7/2022 08:39 | I was talking to a CEO of a FTSE company last night who explained that stock exchange rules allowed for material news not be released in exceptional circumstances to avoid a disorderly market. She explained that the release of such exceptional news may lead to the spike in the share price which could be detrimental to shareholders who did not have the opportunity to average down sufficiently. Of course she could have been talking utter nonsense and that a possibility existed that I was just too stupid to understand. Make of that what you will. But whatever the reason I am sure Ettie is keeping the good news just to himself for the good of the shareholders. As he did with Steelmin and Amulet and others. We should know in a couple of years any way and then whoosh! | kemche |
