You only have to look at how much was paid for ALL the tenements everywhere - Zimbabwe in Wast Africa, Burkina Faso in South Africa and Australia in New Zealand to know that they were much sought after. World class. I think collectively we paid £67.38 for all of them.

Andrew Bell said will be worth 1 billion by year end - the shares did go over 10p as he forecast.

Some shareholders made a mint. Sadly others were financially crucified on the cross in the years to come.

It will be interesting to see if the final drilling results from phase 3 are better than the early stage that was generally low grade and would scarcely improve the present JORC resource.
As AB said last year the depth is very important.

What Musonoi case to take years per other thread?

TWO COURT CASES in Congo, DRC have already been heard and RRR won both.
So, the $5m from the partner of the Musonoi JV [JV 50.1% RRR] has to be enforced.
The other $15m USD is waiting to be paid out per the Chairman of RRR in his latest interviews with Proactive Investors and Stockbox Media, post RRR Interim RNS of 29 Apr 2022?

Mr Andrew Bell also mentioned that the $150-$250m Musonoi litigation case has to be taken outside the Congo [arbitration]?

From the ENRC case wherein First Quantum [ref: DRC deposit] took it to international arbitration etc, it was settled and I posted it before so kindly check.

From RRR, their Kenya Migori Gold project took some 1 1/2 years of litigation to get it back? Kindly check.

It was posted by specinvestor99 that 22m shares were traded. It is a huge amount given the trades are not many. The trades which can still can be seen on that forum shows big sized trades going through but yet LIVE price has not dropped much.

I checked the live price close to the market end, Fri, 20 May 2022 and the advertised price is not live price. ONLY THOSE WITH SHARES IN RRR CAN CHECK LIVE QUOTE /LIVE PRICE TO SELL [not advertised] . Anyone can check LIVE PRICE to buy if they have $$ in their account.

Normal market size is 150,000. On London South East RRR stock forum,it was reported 450,000 shares bought and none sold. However, the trades of 3.7m etc etc
were shown as late reported trades.

At my broker, [largest listed], the MM was willing to take MORE than normal mkt size [NMS is 150,000] all at one go. So, appears there is LIQUIDITY?

I have not taken a note of the earlier trades but TO EVERY SELLER, THERE IS A BUYER.

So,have to wait and see if further comment from those who kept a note on the trades but suffice to say interesting.

Some considerable patience will be needed in the eventual conclusion of the Musonoi, DRC sale. Court cases tend to lumber on and on which appears not to be the fault of Red Rock in anyway. Meanwhile Red Rock may need further financing unless shares in Juno or Power metal are sold. A quick conclusion of the EOC float may help if Red Rock are allowed to sell the shares immediately. A gold asset IPO is likely to be later in the year or next due to the very negative market in gold explorers - many trade down by 50% to 80% from high points.

It should be pointed out that Melville Greenland was sold for £1 in 2018. Reparation costs were reported up to 31 December 2021 and MAY be continuing. ( see the header under Greenland ).

Search parties are being reinvigorated in their search for AKA Torp. kemche, I have to say that without Morecambe though is not so Wise.

Back on business. The last broadcast by AB gave us no advancement on the situation concerning the $5 million the Congo court awarded to Red Rock.

Share trading has been quite odd and if those large trades were flips it was done in an amateurish manner with a wide real spread.

Otherwise matters wander on much as before.

A sudden improvement late on in the gold and silver sector across the pond. It will be interesting to see if it will hold. Talk of some US funds having reduced their normal equity holding and increasing their precious metal equity percentages.

What makes it a certainty that Mikei will not float or be of interest in the short term is the performance of Caracal. Caracal floated at 1p and reached a heady 1.7p but is now back at 0.725p - a fall of 57%.

The Australian assets are also hit by the market in general. The strength of the US$ against the AU$ is good but the decline in the gold price and sector in general is downbeat in Australia and very downbeat in Canada and the USA.
