$12m Cash coming home ?

Looks like a window of opportunity early on for those in the know.

The Exec Chairman tweeted late PM yesterday there will be a press conference in the Congo today, this company have claims/damages/monetary awards totalling $12m, the Exec Chairman has been in country for 6 weeks and has said he is returning home later today.

On Friday late PM he said he had succeeded in his mission, to get the money, I am rather surprised there has not been a temporary suspension ahead of an announcement.

Therein lies the opportunity for the fleet footed.

DYOR - no advice intended.

Mr Bell has recently announced there will be a press conference tomorrow in the Congo, assuming with Government officers or officials & media, then he is returning home.

It looks very promising for shareholders right now, he said he would not return home unless he had succeeded in the process, it all seems very high profile.

There cannot be many AIM listed exploration stocks - market valuation £6m - having realistic and imminent chance of collecting a cash bonanza of £10.2m

Follow the money - has anyone noticed increasing volume - some have !

The longer he stays there the greater the reward. Could it be hundreds of millions?

Yet just like in 1994 and 2003 no one believes or takes any notice of the obvious.

This was posted on LSE today.....

I do wonder if Bell has proceeded beyond the actual cash owed situation and is now looking at securing a replacement licence and/or coming to some deal with the major mining company.

Bell has said in the past the 'issue' in the Congo has cost Red Rock hundreds of millions of dollars, the potential early stage compensation is a fraction of that. If the Government are serious that they want to attract mining investors into the country they must stamp down hard on illicit practice.

Maybe Bell had concluded the negotiations concerning the monetary element but out of the blue came a call from a minister or official that wanted to enhance Red Rock's position further, Bell also said that Red Rock are viewed favourably in country.

In all it is a web of intrigue but it could turn out exceptionally rewarding for shareholders, well worth the wait.

Glencore as an LSE quoted company could take out Red Rock in a flash and save any further continuing aggravation here and elevate AB to a very senior role in the new subsidiary. It wouldn't really matter much to Glencore whether they paid £10 million or £30 million.

Above is entire speculation.

It does look as if Kamoto is more in the picture here than meets the eye. Otherwise, why would VUP S A sue Kamoto for $15 million and not Gecamines?: Because Gecamines was the 'go between' only and Kamoto the real dealing party. Kamoto had to use Gecamines due to VUP's agreement to sell back to Gecamines as first offer or refusal.

As AB's deliberations were completed last Friday there is an additional reason for staying on and delaying the lawyers and advisors' departure. This must mean there is a new plan to advantage all sides - they being AB, Red Rock, Kamoto, and Gecamines.

Kamoto ( previously Katanga ) owns area 2 alongside RRR and VUP's previously owned area 1, and Kamoto's 5. Gecamines owns Area 6.

The latest meeting could be to tie in Red Rock and AB to areas 1,2,5, and 6 and Glencore's Kamoto ( Katanga ). Gecamines and Kamoto might want to take an interest in Red Rock as part of a deal. Gecamines has an interest in Kamoto.

Looks like a Government building to me, the picture on the wall is of the President of Congo.

Listened to the interview Friday, he said he was flying back at the weekend, the mind boggles as to what is going on now, maybe the major mining company, I believe Glencore, could be party to events.

The location looks very impressive, Mr Bell is clearly meeting people in high office, maybe at ministerial level.

One wonders if the prospective rewards (for Red Rock investors) could be greater than expected, Mr Bell has often implied that the company is well respected in country.

I'm now back to my 7,250,000 shares held in early 2018 before the jump in price from 0.18p to about 1.3p. Auntie Ettie's big day with the correct advice to hold on - a return no doubt in due course broomstick and all.

Whilst we wait - Back in 1994 for those who can remember. Endeavor Resources - then at 2c - was taken over and changed its name to St Barbara Mining SBM. The shares would not budge even though the outcome seemed obvious that they would get good gold holdings and cash. A company made a highly suspicious bid at 3.5c and sent a letter to shareholders telling them not to accept the bid they were making. Later the reason was that most of the shares they got were from a distressed near-bankrupt entrepreneur in secret circumstances.

Later the expected news arrived but day after day nothing before then. The shares went into the stratosphere peaking at $2.80 eventually. It was always obvious but so bad was the mining market no one believed anything or any director anymore. Especially as they all had terrible records of share price collapses far worse than 2022.

This may not happen with Red Rock and the extremes do not appear there. You can never be sure to be sure.
