ANDREW BELL INTERVIEW
Fri, 29 Apr 2022.

Fab interview. Would have saved me so much time since its from the horse's mouth about DRC litigation [the info was really superb], Kenya, East Africa, Elephant Oil, Australia and how all of these are going to be funded as asked by Katie Pilbeam of Proactive Investors today.

The most fantastic interview I have heard for a long time as A.B is very open about the said projects and more importantly the litigation.

Have a listen. Thanks to Trojan for posting the link on London South East RRR forum today.

Oh, interesting to read that Zumore thinks that A.B paid $2.25 for Elephant Oil vs $1.
However, he realises his mistake and says no.

LoL-easy to make mistakes - everyone is human. Elephant Oil has NOT listed yet so the share price is not yet known nor the final documents issued as far as I am aware.

I have just checked and the website for Elephant Oil just says "Coming Soon."

Fri, 29 Apr 2022.
As I said, it is so complex relating to RRR's investments etc that it takes so much time to get to the latest on the project and more importantly how big it is or potentially big or not.

I did look briefly at Juno on HC.

Takes a lot of time to decipher all the audit trail.

I am looking at several co's at the same time and notes all over the place.

Would be helpful if those with latest info post on RRR with some ref.

On the other forum, London South East RRR no one is posting anything about RRR except about A.B.

Per what I glanced and what the new poster said on LSE RRR, A.B. was voted in or rather from the header I saw, a "LANDSLIDE" at the AGM.

Definately, they know more about RRR in that they are more cognisant than the pi's of the projects and the Balance Sheet carry on the exploration /assets vs mkt cap of RRR.

PLACING
A/c to the new poster on LSE RRR, its the big shareholders who oppose placings.
So, hence why the modest cash position appears to be from selling investee shares etc.

Not sure as I am not privy to A.B.

Fri, 29 Apr 2022.

Will let you guys now carry on the research as it takes hours and hours until I am spinning from the complex web of investments/exploration projects.
Each one has to be analysed for the POTENTIAL - I am ONLY INTERESTED IN TIER 1's which can be GAME CHANGING.

Ah well, MUSONI, DRC [RRR 50.1%] - it was so good that others thought so as well and sold it under RRR?

LoL

Yes, 25 million x 1.7p= £425k.
Its not 17p LoL.

The rest of the accounts was correct relating to interims issued today, 29 Apr 2022.
I did note that investees was not £4.25M so that was a counter-check.

Zumore-No not investing in RRR due to the 25m POW shares.

I do counter-check later from several sources eg interims just issued today.

Thanks. Fri, 29 Apr 2022.

Ref: "RRR completes Mt Ida royalty stake sale."
"Announced in Feb to sell 1/2 of 1.5% production ROYALTY over MT IDA iron ore to Anglo Pacific. Mt Ida is a 530Mt iron ore project in Western Austalia.

RRR will recent $ 1 4 MILLION from the deal. Jupiter completing 10m/t a year mining op FS."

Ref: "Mt Ida magnetite ROYALTY acquisition."- Anglo Pacific Group ANN.

"Anglo Pacific Group acquired 20% of Mt Ida 1.5% GROSS REVENUE FROM RRR."

Comment:
Puzzle 1/2 of 1.5% royalty is not 20%?

I picked up the IRON ORE ROYALTY from the NEW INVESTOR/POSTER ON London South East RRR last night which I posted in verbatim.

I could not think that ROYALTY was from Juno Minerals, ASX.

Got to check further and chase leads.

RE: Half year results/report29 Apr 2022 11:22
I don't post on the other forum but i want to help the poster Jlondon if he/she is reading this.

In numerous posts yesterday you kept saying if RRR still held 25 million POW shares that would mean 25 million shares × 1.7p = £4.25 million.

1 million shares = £17,000. 25 million shares = £425,000.

I would hate to think you are investing in RRR because you've made a mistake in your calculations.

Please do revert back with the royalties received from Mt Ida.

Comment:
From the Miningdata online,
GECAMINES owns 25%
JINCHUAN GROUP 75%

Gecamines is the DRC state mining co.
So, how many times has RRR's 50.1% being sold on?

All reference to Jupiter Mines JMS has been removed from the header as Red Rock has divested its interest. Jupiter Mines sole interest is in manganese having hived off the iron ore holdings. If Red Rock had maintained its 25% interest in Jupiter Mines they would be receiving a Final Dividend of £2.9 million at the end of May. The shares would be valued at £72 million.
At 24.5c a share the yield is about 6.8%. The divi. is unfranked.

Some amusing posts this morning. Cheered me up no end - thanks.

From elsewhere, I read that the STRIKE for Luanshimba, DRC [Congo] is 1.3km.
So, much LONGER STRIKE THAN FOR MUSONI, DRC at 600-700m.
Luanshimba-DONT KNOW THE DEPTH, got to check later.
However, the GRADES are much lower than Musoni although described as HYPOGENE?
I dont know the INTERSECTION LENGTHS for Musoni but the initial Luashimba intersections are not very wide?

So, ZIM, AUSTRALIA [gold presumably in Victoria IPO] and Launshimba, DRC is the next set of news.
--
As for Juno and Jupiter, TOGETHER they make up nearly 1bn tonnes which is large.
Mt Bevan's exploration target is 1-1.5bn tonnes of iron ore.
Juno's Mt Mason is high grade.
LoL Jupiter Mines iron ore in Australia flows into the NEXT PROPERTY at Mt Bevan.
Looks like Gina, the iron ore billinaire may take 51% stake as she has already bought 9% stake.

MUSONOI STRIKE LENGTH 600M-700M.

"GRADES 3.1, 3.2, 0.9 AND 1.1 % CU."-see table.

Comment:
SHOCK DUE TO:
Construction of RRR's 50.1% MUSONOI had commenced in------------2020.
What is the position now ie production START?
JINCHUAN Group 75% -owner of Musonoi -DID IT GET RE-SOLD AGAIN?

Stunning news. Yes, it is near Lumbumbashi, the capital of DRC ie Musonoi [see right of mining data page.

As said, RRR stated "IN-SITU VALUE US$125 BILLION."!!! Huge.

A tweet from Paul Johnson, he seems to think the sector is about to turn referring to 2009/2010 when RRR moved from 2p to 19p, one does wonder if he has been buying RRR again.

There is an energy building in the junior resource sector - it’s starting to feel like late 2009/early 2010 in the 2008-2011 major bull phase. There are opportunities all around for investors across the sector. Fantastic to see.
