Bell junior knows how to do it, Eton educated and has delivered significant value creation at Elemental Royalties, they are now on the receiving end of a hostile bid, his internship included part times roles at Red Rock.

Maybe Mr Bell senior can learn from him, they seem poles apart, but maybe, just maybe, Mr Bell senior at Red Rock can deliver a significant value event at some point in the process.

Nothing escapes Mr Grim's attention.

grimreaper2019 - I look forward to your evaluations of Red Rock's interests and loan book. The share price has fallen about 99% since it peaked at over 20p a share 11 years ago.
Fortunately, I've made some money on Red Rock in the last 4 years but not that well into 5 figures due to selling too soon on the last big run-up from 0.18p to 1.3p.
I should have done more homework on the stock 4 years ago and understood how previous holders had lost so much due to the number of placings that in my view were beyond belief.
The failures in Greenland and Bosnia Herzegovina were unacceptable in my view.

The present low price is mildly interesting so who knows? Our choice is when to take a punt.

Good luck with your investments.

#kemche I was just about to point out your years of service exceeding mine by some considerable time - well done! Congratulations on your anniversary of 22 years with ADVFN also exceeding mine by 9 months.

I accept knowing more than most investors about Red Rock but not seeing the present half-year report on cash and outstanding loans puts me equally in the dark, unfortunately. If I had your wit...

Whilst I am no fan of Bell or Red Rock under his tenure I do find your commentaries somewhat laborious.

You make claims and post as a matter of fact but you have no real idea like the rest of onlookers, the latest one being about Elephant Oil where you imply the valuation will be modest, how do you know, you don't, some believe it will surprise to the upside for example.

You comment on other projects like a messiah, this one is poor, that one is average, this is not worth much nor is that one, again you have no idea, it's YOUR opinion but write like it is a fact.

Mr Grim prefers to evaluate, the situation here is pretty fluid, for example have you noticed how instantly the market makers mark the stock up on a RNS, to date nothing meaningful or outstanding has come but what if it does.

A stock like Red Rock which has been ignored by market participants for ages will often add value very quickly - this is why some market entities like to buy the silent times and sit and wait for momentum.

Red Rock could deliver or stay dormant but at some point the stock will head the leader board, potentially for a number of days or even a permanent re-rate.

Mr Grim knows his markets you see.

"from the DRC compensation " - has not been paid yet. The money is stuck in Cyprus I believe.

I thought they had enough funding for the foreseeable future from the DRC compensation etc. it will cost them to drill for sure, but youd think that the costs may be covered?

I voted for Ettie to remain. The man has to eat after all.

And don't forget that we paid £37.45 for our Australian "assets" which must be worth at least £126m at any float. The Aussies must be clamouring for it.

No stock available - all sold out.

Depends what the IPO value is - don't RRR hold around 4%?
They are looking to raise $20m of new funds according to the IPO document and IPO valuation would usually be a good premium to that. Obviously their ~4% will be diluted depending on the price.

The Lithium ground interest purchased is only that, Green Field. So will only cost money to explore unless it can be flipped early on. Best disregarded for the time being. Red Rock really just needs cash for present ventures.

Outlook remains uncertain and quite difficult to navigate financially.

The IPO eventually of Elephant Oil Corporation should bring cash into RRR but do not expect that much. Hopefully, the flotation in today's market will at least quadruple the sum presently on the books. Only really enough to cover company expenses for a time.

Consideration of $25,000, has been paid, with a further $10,000 retained by ALR until completion of transfer.

Whoosh!

That must surely be worth at least £50m.

No stock available. All sold out.

Highlights :

Ø African Lithium Resources Pvt Ltd ("ALR") has been established as a 75% owned subsidiary in Zimbabwe with a local partner.

Ø ALR has acquired 51 ha of lithium claims 29 km NW of Bikita in SE Zimbabwe at Tin Hill, and is in the process of transferring title.

Ø Spodumene and petalite lithium mineralisation identified in 10m thick exposures averaging 1.43% Li(2) O (Geological Survey of Rhodesia 1975).

Ø ALR has taken 7 samples in one area of the licence, with best grades received from an accredited laboratory at 2.07% Li(2) O, 1.082% Li(2) O, 0.87% Li(2) O, 0.62% Li(2) O

Ø Consideration of $25,000, has been paid, with a further $10,000 retained by ALR until completion of transfer.

Ø A new 125 ha application near Arcturus, a mining site 32km E of Harare in Zimbabwe has been approved for grant with a further application nearby in process

Ø A 107 ha application near Bikita has been made and another property with high grades from our sampling has been identified for purchase.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments : "Zimbabwe has long been the biggest lithium producer in Africa, and one of the largest in the world. Its pegmatites have a mineral endowment that has considerable expansion potential, and international investors have shown themselves willing to invest in lithium exploration and development in this traditional mining country that has been in disfavour for decades.

Two key centres are Bikita, the site of the best known Zimbabwe producer, the Bikita mine, which is now 74% controlled by Sinomine group, and Arcturus, where Australian miner Prospect Resources Ltd (PSC:AX) announced the sale of its 87% interest in the Arcadia project for $389m to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt on 22(nd) December 2021.

RRR now the cheapest listed lithium stock? Could be a smart move by Bell.
